One of the most coveted neighborhoods in the area, on the edge of quiet, peaceful, and extremely safe rural Wood County. Other rooms may be available upon request.

Charming 1940's homeNewly remodeled home in a nice neighborhood, Close to University of Toledo Medical Center, shopping, and parks. Great kitchen for cooking. Nice backyard to enjoy. The laundry is in the basement, everything else in on the main floor. The driveway is shared with the neighbor, so you can park in front of the house or make sure to stay on the side of the house.

Downtown (Home to great sporting events and "The docks" which provides great scenery and fantastic food is only 13 minutes away! West field Mall which not only contains great shopping but a start of the art theater is only 7 minutes or less away! Eateries such as El Nuevo which is within walking distance ! There are also plenty of food choices which are 10 minute radius from this property. Many hospitals are minutes away as well!
