It was. a great place, close to the airport. I had a pleasant stay at the place. It is a gated community so the security was very friendly, and did not have any problem with any help. The facility was great. Rooms have AC and other facilities as listed. The kitchen was small but OK to cook the breakfast. Over all experience was very good.

We had a wonderdul stay. It was really spacious and beautifully furnished. Very neat and clean. Car parking space is available. Extra cars can be accomodated easily just outside the property.

We are from Australia and were here visiting family nearby. We enjoyed our stay in this spacious 3 bedroom apartment with great views! Plenty of facilities. Bed sheets were comfy and air conditioning worked great! We also felt very safe and secure in the apartment due to the high level of security at the entrance of the apartment blocks. Sajid was very attentive and made sure we were happy and comfortable. Our contact on the ground (Hashim) was also very quick to respond and accommodating to our needs. The apartment itself is conveniently located in Aluva, just 20-25 minutes from Kochi airport. It’s spacious, clean, and set in a stunning environment overlooking the river—truly a home away from home. On top of that, Amruth’s friendly demeanor and trustworthy recommendations made our stay even more enjoyable.
