The Fish House

The Fish House is nestled in the outskirts of Bozeman, Montana located on the Gallatin River, and geared for the outdoor enthusiast. It’s also located across the street to Cottonwood Golf Course. It is centrally located to Bridger Bowl-27 miles , Big Sky-45 miles, BozemanYellowstone Int'l Airport-15 miles, and Yellowstone National Park-84 miles...and only 8 miles to Bozeman. Come enjoy a stay at the Fish House, on one of the best fly fishing rivers in the world right out your back patio! The Fish house has many state of the art features. The entry to the house is accessed with your phone on an app. Hue lighting and motion lighting helps to illumine the space, inside as well as outside. High speed internet, and access to Apple TV are provided. The Fish house, though only 750 sq ft, has all the comforts of home. It has radiant heat in the floors. The kitchen has a full-size fridge, dishwasher, gas range and microwave. The bathroom with its high end fixtures, creates an unique space with the driftwood walk in shower and touch controls. The outdoor space is one of the most relaxing areas around. There are steps leading you to the Gallatin river, with rock boulder steps for access to the river. There's a brand new Weber Gas grill on patio. And when the weather allows, there are lounging chairs by the river or lounging chairs on the patio. A perfect spot for an afternoon nap or book. Guests can park right in front of the Fish house. The owners, Todd & Traci live next door in the River House, which they are currently renovating . They are typically available if needed, but allow guests to have their own space. Both Todd and Traci grew up in Bozeman, so are quite familiar with the area and its amenities, as well. The Fish House is unique in being in the country across the street from Cottonwood golf course & on the Gallatin river, but only minutes away from local restaurants, shopping and gas. There are 3 main buildings on the property, with the Fish house being the center one with the lit Driftwood Tree in the center. No keys to lose or to return! This property provides secure, keyless entry with an August Smart Lock. You can lock and unlock the door with your smartphone, using a unique virtual key or personal entry code issued to you for the duration of your stay!

This first floor guest house features a cabin aesthetic and an outdoor therapy tub. To be clear, the house is not a cabin, but the interior has a cabin feel. Inside you will find some fun design elements; reclaimed barn wood accents, sliding barn doors, a cypress tree lamp, western style animal skulls, etc. These features may bring a smile to your face. The emphasis is on fun design elements, but we still care about guest comfort. The 2nd floor unit will be empty when you book this house.

Welcome! We have had a snowy winter. Your Airbnb is a two bedroom en-suite, full private upstairs space above the garage with beautiful ever-changing views of the mountains and the valley. It is off the beaten path on a private road yet 10 minutes to downtown and the airport. It offers a full kitchen, washer/dryer on over an acre. The yard is partially fenced. Enjoy sitting outside in the front at the bistro table or out back at the glass table. We’re just down the road from the 2 vet clinics.

Guests have the entire house. This farmhouse was moved from the original site of Manhattan in 1907. In 2003 we added a 2nd floor and many timber-framed structural elements. The house is approximately 1.5 blocks from a train crossing. For people sensitive to the noise of a train's whistle, we would recommend looking elsewhere. It runs through the night, mostly in the summer months. The house has no AC, temperature is managed by opening the windows at night and closing during the day and fans.

Located less than 5 min from Bozeman on 10 acres with unprecedented views of the Bridger Mountains. Enjoy the serenity of being in the country but only minutes away from town and 10 min from the Airport. Our rates include 3 guests to accommodate for smaller groups with a $20 per person per night charge for additional guests up to 8 maximum. We often have deer, pheasants, turkeys, and abundance of birds. We also have horses on the property that are extremely kid friendly. Amazing views!!

SKI Big Sky AND Bridger! We are in between. Authentic remodeled farmhouse, super comfortable. Its on 21 acres surrounded by farmland. On a gravel dead end road. Very quiet. Star viewing! 12 miles to Bozeman and 30 to Big Sky. The 2 bedrooms (one queen and two singles) can be divided or used as one suite. A bedroom is wheelchair friendly. The 1889 Barn is on the property! It is an Art gallery, a small event venue and a BAR! I can leave food AND alcohol for you. TheWayToYourHeartbiz

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. 33 miles to BIG SKY, 18 miles to BRIDGER BOWL, and 91 miles to YELLOWSTONE PARK. Located close to airport. Beautiful mountains views will let you leave all your troubles behind. Many children’s toys and pack and play on sight. Enjoy the breathtaking mountain views from the 6 person hot tub. Caretakers live in the basement and have a separate outside locked entrance. 10 pm quiet time appreciated. We do have exterior cameras.
