Super verblijf, volledig gemoderniseerd en alles was netjes en schoon. Fijne jacuzzi waar je lekker in kan zitten in alle rust en privacy. Prachtige locatie met mooi uitzicht.

Die Unterkunft war grossartig! Als wir ankamen ist sofort aufgefallen, dass in Zwischenzeit einiges renoviert wurde, was uns positiv überrascht hat. Man fühlt sich glwich sehr wohl und es hat alles vor Ort, was man benötigt. Die Aussicht und der Hot Pot auf der kleinen Veranda waren ein ein Extra der super Klasse.

Marino is such a great host to help out even we got trapped out of the house one night. Definitely recommend you to stay here with the superb view in the summer and we’d definitely come back next time if we get the chance!

This is a highly recommended accommodation. Facing the beautiful fjord, bathing in the morning sun and sunset, it was very happy. The landlord responded to our questions in a timely manner and recommended very good projects. If I come to Iceland next time, I will definitely stay here again.

The house is comfortable, warm, clean, well equipped and in a stunning location. The hot tub is easy to use and very nice to relax in. We stayed 3 nights and could have happily stayed much longer. Despite the weather (cold with low cloud and rain) we loved the views over the water and the snowy mountains. We drove up to Siglufjordur which is beautiful, walked on the causeway in front of the house and on Dalvik beach which is gorgeous, and did the classic whale watching from Dalvik and saw humpbacks, minke whales and porpoises. Also visited Tjornes peninsula and Husavic. Unfortunately the puffins left early this year so we didn't see any, but the coast is dramatic and we did some good walks. All fantastic. Thanks Ragnar.

Wir haben im Hottube unter den Nordlichtern den Gletscher bestaunt. Wenn nun noch ein Wal gesprungen wäre, wäre es mehr als ein wahrgewordener Traum gewesen. Die Möglichkeit war da, aber leider war es so stürmisch, dass wir keinen hätten sehen können, bei dem Wellengang. Traumhafte Lage!

Wij hebben een fijn verblijf gehad in het huis! Het was van alle gemakken voorzien. De keuken was erg compleet.

This was a great place to relax and unwind. The cottage is well designed with lots of space. Our hosts went above and beyond with some very special touches during the holiday season that made us feel very at home, away from home. It was a great stay!

Absolutely stunning views and comfortable layouts. Large and spacious bathroom. Easier to find than expected. Great little kitchen. Really enjoyed barbecuing on the front deck. Sandra and Jonas were very kind and communicative. Will stay again in the future.

La casa di Holmfridur Sólveig è perfetta per un soggiorno nel nord dell’Islanda. La casa ha tutto: cucina completa di tutto, bel bagno, bella vista e per di più c’è anche una vasca esterna di acqua calda geotermica. Posizione ottima. Grazie

(Ho prenotato all'ultimo questo alloggio perché dove eravamo prima con la mia famiglia era sporco e invivibile. ) Valdìs è stata SUPER disponibile dal momento della prenotazione e durante tutto il soggiorno. Ci ha portato tempestivamente ogni richiesta (anche le capsule del caffè Nespresso, che essendo italiani non potevamo stare senza 😄) ed è stato come essere a casa! La hot tube privata aveva una vista spettacolare e ce la siamo goduta tantissimo avendo due bimbe piccole. L'ambiente era accogliente e caldo. Grazie di tutto, ci avete rifatto tornare il sorriso dopo quella brutta esperienza 💕

Wonderful luxury cottage perched high on the mountain, close to everything, but with spectacular views over Akureyri and the fjord. Modern, clean and well stocked with amenities, including a hot tub and laundry. Arnor was very responsive and easy to work with, gave great suggestions for dining and activities. Highly recommend and can’t wait to visit again!
