We had an amazing time and loved the place, Mike, and the entire experience. The house was so relaxing and peaceful and a short drive from the beach and Smith’s reef. Mike was so welcoming and gave us great information about places to go off the beaten path to have wonderful days of adventure. He also recommended a great fishing trip and snorkel trip. This place was a great value for the island and Mike even lent me some dumbells and a yoga mat, etc so o could work out. He is a great person and very informative host who grew up in this amazing place and was so helpful.

We an a great stay! The host was very responsive, even sending someone within an hour to clean the pool after we requested. Location is great, would stay again!

Felipe was an absolutely wonderful host! He was extremely responsive and has an absolutely wonderful place. It was clean and contained every amenity that is needed. He even allowed us to drop our bags before check in time. We felt completely safe at the property. Felipe’s Airbnb allowed for us to have an affordable stay while still enjoying the beautiful island. The location for the place is perfect and only 20 mins away from all the main spots. Felipe even recommended us a jetski guide who was AMAZING and affordable. Don’t look further and book this Airbnb if you want an affordable and nice stay on this beautiful island 😌

Words can’t describe how much I enjoyed my stay at Metopium. I’ll start by stating that I am a proud recluse. I love my privacy and peace. This trip was a baby moon for myself. I love nature, animals, and serenity. I am a frequent visitor of the island as I am a resident that lives in the US & love to stay incognito. It is close by the a big tourist attraction (The Hole) 🕳️ and exactly as described. One of my favorite parts of the stay was the frequent visit of a cat who I enjoyed my breakfast with and walks along side the channel. Kathleen was a very responsive host that was there for me when needed. The steep driveway is a perfect trail for athletes just take your time driving in. The entire space was clean and the shuttered windows provided so much natural light and gave you porch feel allowing an option of sitting outside. Now the moneymaker for me was ….. the stove. I love to cook and got to make delicious meals for my guest and I to enjoy & it was beautiful. You must rent a car

Such a beautiful place—this was the best birthday trip ever! The house was lovely and just a short walk to the beach, which made everything even more perfect. The host was incredibly kind and super responsive throughout our stay, even allowing us a late checkout, which we really appreciated. The home was well-stocked with everything we needed—from a fully equipped kitchen to plenty of towels and toiletries. Every detail felt so thoughtful, and it truly made our stay feel relaxing and special. We would absolutely stay here again!

This was a beautiful and well maintained home. I would definitely recommend staying here if you are renting a car to visit the island.

safe, fun, quiet! we loved walking to the cafe nearby. we were the only people to use the pool and never heard the neighbors. amenities like shampoo and so many towels were great for this beach spot.

The villa was very comfortable and clean. I appreciated the yoga mat and weights for daily exercise routine. There are Smart TV’s in bedrooms to catch up on your Netflix programs and a regular TV with cable stations in the main room. The pool was wonderful, clean, refreshing. Lots of white, plush bath towels and beach towels in lovely bathroom areas in both bedrooms. We love the Leeward location because it is quiet and off the beaten path yet easy to access downtown and Grace Bay Beach. A rental car is necessary. Pelican Beach is a quick drive away or an easy walk. The beach is absolutely beautiful with awesome sunsets … My husband and I had a wonderful, restful vacation in this well appointed villa. Rochelle was easily reachable to answer questions and responded promptly.

Dallas’ house was gorgeous and had a beautiful view of the ocean on the main floor and in the master bedroom. The kitchen was well appointed. The outdoor kitchen and grill worked out great for us as well on a couple of nights we stayed in. We loved the outdoor shower, too and used it daily as soon as we discovered it. It truly was a 3 minute walk to the beach. The pool at the house was great and provided a lot of late afternoon/evening entertainment when we needed a break from full sun. Dallas provided excellent restaurant and snorkeling recommendations. When we had a short power outage she was incredibly responsive and got an electrician to the house right away. If you’re looking for a relaxing vacation with a beautiful view and plenty of space for a family or a larger group, look no further.

Joycelyn was a fantastic host who was very responsive and provided suggestions on where to eat in the area. The condo is in an excellent location, close to a supermarket and lots of restaurants. It’s only a short walk to the beach as well. We would definitely stay here again!!

March 2025: I traveled with my wife and 3 young children and think this might just be THE place to stay on Provo. The home was spacious with everything we needed, was nestled in a beautiful setting, and was private and quiet at night. The island is small so it was really easy to get around, we found this neighborhood was close to the action while providing seclusion and relaxation. The pool and canal provided entertainment for the kids. While it's not on a beach, the nearest Long Bay Beach access ("secret access" on Google maps) was stunning and only 2 minutes away. The value of this place can't be beat on this island. While it's not a luxury resort, it felt like home in the best way. We really felt comfortable. Some friends rented the lower unit and we had a blast together. Finally, MC was so helpful and kind. An excellent host. Highly recommended.

I’ve stayed at many places and this was by far my favorite house. There is a gorgeous view from every room. We used the kayaks and paddle board and the water was perfect for my 11 and 12 year old to swim and we saw fish! Las Brisa’s restaurant is down the street with amazing food all day, gas station close with everything you need, and Chalkies delivers yummy food to the house. The house is private and has parking and amazing air condition. 3 bathrooms and omg the pool was incredible with the changing lights. We really didn’t even need to leave this house and if I ever go back I will stay here again.

We really liked the location and the condo was very clean. We went to Grace Bay beach one day and found it to be too many people. Carl was very responsive. The Yacht Club was close to Smith’s Reef, which is awesome for snorkeling/swimming. Unfortunately, we couldn’t find a quick access to the beach, as gated mansion blocked the beach access. We had a car, so it wasn’t a big deal for us to park at the smith’s reef access, but if you are planning on walking from the yacht club to the beach, it may be a long walk. Pool was nice and almost never anyone there and we went during spring break. We really liked the 2 restaurants - Shark Bite and Mango Reef. We went to Hemingways, which was good, but we liked shark bite and mango reef better. Overall, I would recommend Carl’s place.

Sean was very responsive from the minute I made the reservation. Once we arrived he was very helpful and always checked in. He provided us with so many great dinning options and activities. I would definitely book with him. It was a pleasure and I enjoyed my stay.

First time visitor of Turks and Caicos islands with my friends! The airbnb is located in a fantastic spot and is easy to navigate to. It’s nearby some of the best restaurants on the island (i would recommend mr grouper, crackpot, and coco bistro). The airbnb itself is very clean and has great amenities! The lock had some issues and we got locked out a few times so just be careful of that.

Great private place right next to sunset beach, 3 stories gives tons of room and privacy to folks staying there. Gated all around with beautiful flowers and gardens around. We had a family of 5 stay for 4 nights and explored all over Provo, as well as north and middle Caicos. Our favorite beach was Mudjin harbour.

Great place to stay and great location. I loved the direct access to the pool, it was amazing. The room was clean and the hosts were extremely helpful with any questions.

The location is everything. Close to Grace Bay, restaurants, the Fish Fry, grocery store, etc. The Airbnb was clean, the host was very responsive, and check-in/check-out were easy. The outdoor common area is nice with a lovely pool, plenty of loungers, and a small eating area with a grill. Would stay here again.

Absolutely fabulous location!! The size of the condo was huge and perfect for our family of four!! We loved having a pool onsite and beautiful balcony to eat breakfast on each morning. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had plenty of things to cook with. The only thing missing were trash bags and maybe a few kitchen staples like salt/pepper, cooking oil, etc. Otherwise, we have no complaints at all about our stay!!

Everything you need, nothing you don’t! Birger’s place was beautifully furnished and well-provisioned in a quiet neighborhood. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, towels were fluffy, and the shower had fantastic pressure. There were thoughtful extras including a shelf of books, fish identification cards, full-sized shampoo and conditioner, and ice in the freezer. The location is very central— In 5 minutes you can be on the pristine Bight Beach, in 7 you can be in the water at the Bight Reef trail. There are bars and restaurants overlooking the reef. You can walk to the Thursday Fish Fry, and I took morning runs along the beach to Smith’s Reef or Grace Bay. For quieter days there is a pool onsite, and free parking to enable further explorations of the island. Birger was friendly and very responsive for everything I needed.

Roselita's place was excellent. She was a super responsive host that gave recommendations for every and anything you needed very timely. Check in was flawless and easy. As per other reviews it is difficult to find on goggle maps via the address but it is right up the street from the supermarket Smart Grace so we used that to always find our way back. The space was clean, neat and cozy. The locals were friendly and helpful. I had a great vacation and would stay again. Thanks so much Rosalita.
