Una casa agradable, limpia, con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días muy tranquilos; la alberca limpia, fácil acceso a la playa, el cuidador también muy atento. En resumen muy recomendable.

Excellent hosts and a place you can call home away from home. They are amazingly responsive to all needs and the pool is a dream come True. Location is quiet and convenient! Totally recommend!

We loved our stay! The hosts were so friendly, very welcoming and helpful with everything. It is a place to relax, with the beach right in front. We used the beach chairs and sun umbrella everyday, and while watching the flying flamingos at sunset. The village is a short walk away. We’ll miss our long walks on the beach, the quietness of this place and our kind hosts. We hope to be back!

A very pleasant and enjoyable three-month stay (January to March) with Miguel and Diamantina, who responded quickly to our questions and concerns. At this time of year, the neighborhood is quiet, with little traffic, with some exceptions. The property is very pleasant to live in: a large, well-equipped kitchen, a dining room for six, and an adjacent small living room with a large television. Despite the heat outside, it's not felt inside thanks to the ceiling fans. There is air conditioning, ceiling fans, and televisions in the three bedrooms, all of which are comfortable with good mattresses. There are two beautiful bathrooms, but the shower could use more pressure. The outdoor area is comfortable and makes it suitable for stays when it rains (which was very rare during the day). Nearby, at a distance of 750 meters, are many shops such as Oxxo, My Market, Pemmex, and many others, not to mention the police station. Chicxulub Puerto is just a 10-minute drive away, and Progreso is 20 min

La casa es súper bonita, muy amplia. Íbamos 8 personas, 1 con silla de ruedas y cabíamos perfecto, además que es muy amigable para la silla de ruedas. La vista es espectacular, la terraza con camastros, mesa y las sillas hacen que pases momentos muy agradables con vista al mar. La cocina es muy espaciosa y tiene todo lo que necesitas para cocinar. No pudimos meternos a la alberca porque no hacía tanto calor pero se ve que en época de calor está súper rica. Miguel siempre estuvo atento, nos contestaba súper rápido y ai necesitábamos algo siempre estuvo dispuesto a ayudarnos.

La villa está muy bonita, nos sentimos como en casa. La atención y recomendaciones de Juan Andrés fueron excelentes. El personal que no atendió (con tarifa extra) fue muy amable y servicial, nos prepararon alimentos y nos ayudaron en todo momento. Las vistas y el atardecer fueron increíbles.

Oscar’s place was very clean, comfortable, and there were AC and ceiling fans in every room of the house (which is a must if you’re visiting Yucatán). Oscar was also very polite, helpful and easy to get ahold of. Telchac is a small beach town, there’s not a lot to do there other than relax at the beach, hang out at the pool area or eat at the local restaurants. If you don’t have a car you can easily get a motor taxi to get around, they are quick and affordable (I asked a motor taxi driver for his phone number and it made it easy to get around). For restaurants, I recommend La Picuda and Villa Del Mar. The only bad thing about Telchac is that there is a lot of construction going on but you cannot hear anything from Oscar’s Airbnb. I honestly don’t have anything negative to say about this Airbnb, I’d recommend it and would stay there again. Thanks for your hospitality Oscar!!
