$150/couple per night, 2 night min. $10 per extra person per night cots available. This spacious studio cabin can sleep up to 4 with one King sized bed and a futon sofa bed and a comfy cot if needed. Comes complete with full kitchen facilities (fridge, stove, oven, microwave, and even spices), bathroom with bathtub and shower, air conditioning/heat, satellite tv, WiFi,sometimes, and electric fire place. Friendly pets are allowed. Check out our other cabin if you need more accommodation. Att and T-Mobile are about only phones that work here, other phones do work in town.

We encourage you to explore our variety of activities: horse back riding, hunting, fishing, UTV rentals & more! Tres Molinos has free-roaming wildlife, goats, chickens, cows & exotics. You’re welcome to grab farm fresh eggs from the chicken coop for breakfast! Our animals are free roaming, as well as working dogs that watch over the ranch, so we require that your furry family member/s be leashed at all times when outdoors. Hill Country Cabin 5 fenced acres pets welcome. When bringing a pet not well behaved please let me know in advance all good. Relax in the Hot Tub or cool off in the 8 foot filtered galvanized pool. Enjoy the fire pit sun sets and star gazing. There's a deck or screened porch where you can enjoy your morning and watch nature waking. There is a fridge, gas griddle, charcoal grill, electric griddle, microwave, portable oven and 2 burner hot plate. Along with everything you'll need to cook with.

Get back to the basics in a peaceful cozy cabin at FoxFire in Vanderpool. Enjoy reconnecting with nature with a walk or swim in the Sabinal River, hike at Lost Maples Park, birdwatching, or enjoying the stars and a campfire at night! 2 Bedroom 1 bath fully furnished comfy cabins. No Tvs or Microwave but WiFi, campfire ring, BBQ grill full kitchen/bath with outdoor picnic area. The grounds also have a playground, basketball goal, volleyball net, and river access. Family and pet friendly!

Entire 2 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath home with private entrance and small fenced yard. Located just off the courthouse square, a short 5 minute walk to the city park and Llano river. Please do not smoke on the entire property. Infants under 2 years old and children over 12 years allowed. Dogs are allowed. Please let me know that you will have a dog. No cats allowed. Clean up after your dog. Bags provided. NO MORE than 5 guests. I offer a single roll away bed fully appointed.

Ingram Carriage House - a Secluded Country Getaway

Conveniently located in the Texas Hill Country in the town of Ingram, the Ingram Carriage House is 625 square feet of living space with a spacious porch. It is a single large room broken up into a sitting area with a queen size futon and two recliners, a walk in closet, a bedroom with a queen bed, a full kitchen and a private bathroom. FuboTV, a DVD player, a stereo system, breakfast, coffee and bottled water are provided. Property is gated with keyless entry to the Carriage House.

The property is 18 miles north of Leakey, so it is easy to get to the Frio River and find good places to eat or drive to one of the state parks nearby. Garner State Park and Los Maples are fun day trips.
