Nam’s place is beautiful.. it feels like you’re staying in a farmhouse It’s just they don’t provide cleaning everyday rest every thing is amazingly good

여행을 가는 이유는 새로운 무언가를 만나기 위해서라고 나는 생각합니다. 나와 내 친구들은 3층 짜리의 우수한 숙소, 그리고 친절한 호스트 덕분에 기분 좋은 여행을 할 수 있었습니다. 특히, 호스트의 친절함은 아무리 강조해도 지나치지 않다고 나는 생각합니다. 내가 불의의 부상을 입자, 그는 다양한 요소를 물어보며 나를 안심시켰습니다. 새벽에 같이 여행을 온 친구들과 거실에서 이야기를 나누는 것은 나에게 잊지 못할 추억이었습니다. 언젠가 다시 이 숙소에 방문하고 싶습니다. 그날이 언제일지는 모르겠지만, 아마도 그날이 온다면 나는 더 유능한 체크인😆을 할 수 있을 것입니다. 고맙습니다.

She was a very friendly and responsive host, the house was worth the price since there were plenty of rooms for only the 6 of us, few of the bathroom doors can't be closed but they were clean and spacious, a big plus was how she helped us to check out late since we had a baby and elderly with us and we also had quite a late flight that day

The place was neat and clean, centrally located from all the touristy places. Both Alex and Thanh were responsive to our questions and provided valuable suggestions. The apartment was comfortable and contained all necessary amenities in working condition. The only missing piece we thought was that the washrooms had no latches - but since that was only a personal preference so no big deal! Overall, a comfortable stay and value for money. 👍🏻

Lovely experience staying in a more traditional style Vietnamese home in a residential area. Every amenity is in a different floor so you'll be going up and down stairs all day - we quite liked it after a while. Piano and wall paintings a nice touch. Had everything we needed and having such space was wonderful. Beds were a bit too hard though. It is about 15-20 walk the main old quarter area, having to cross a very busy road which can be hairy at times. But on this side of the road there's local cafes, shops, Winmart etc. Mostly very quiet at night which was lovely and unusual for Vietnam! Hosts were very kind and polite, and helpful when we had trouble with the lock. Tip: try and keep bedroom doors shut as mozzies love to come in via bathrooms!

Ngôi nhà của Anh Chị Ngọc & Thắng rất tuyệt vời. Vừa cổ kính, vừa hiện đại. Đây là lần thứ 2 tôi quay trở lại. Tôi và gia đình của tôi đã trải qua 7 ngày, chúng tôi tổ chức đám ăn hỏi và đám cưới tại đây. Không gian ngôi nhà rất rộng rãi, ấm cúng, trang trọng và lịch sự. Tôi và gia đình đã có rất nhiều kỷ niệm và khoảnh khắc đẹp tại ngôi nhà yêu quý này!

The place was open and cool, with fresh air, especially for a place that's near the center of the city. The house was clean and beautiful, with all the necessities. Our host was super nice 😊. I also feel safe here with the camera system at the alleyway outside. This homestay is suitable for a female group or family. Thank you Ms. Huyền for always be available to help us. We had a great time 🩷

Thanh is a great host and has been very responsive and helpful during my stay. The apartment is conveniently located and comfortable even for an extended stay.

The apartment was clean, easily accessable, very close to lots of local food places and right next to the lake. Very worth the visit i highly recommend.

From the picture with beautiful view of lake during morning & afternoon. The view of light from Hanoi across the lake is amazing The house easy to find, with clear address given. The check in went smoothly with little help from the worker downstairs and the person in charge. The house exactly with the picture. 2 bedroom with king size bed. Master bedroom equipped with bath tub. Kitchen utensils, microwave available, cooking stove and even big size refrigerator for me. My most cherish is the washer, I can wash all my dirty laundry. Wifi, water heater, Netflix with good quality movies… The stay is so satisfied. I recommended this place if you look for peaceful and easy access

하노이에서 하는 행사참여로 근처에 숙소를 찾던 중 가성비 좋은 숙소를 찾았습니다. 45층의 고층 아파트의 43층이어서 호수뷰의 좋은 전망을 가지고 있었습니다. 무료로 더 좋은 컨디션의 룸으로 업그레이드를 해주셨는데 깔끔하고 아주 만족스러운 룸이었습니다. 보안도 철저하고 고층임에도 엘리베이터가 빠르게 움직였습니다. 헤어 드라이어가 없었는데 요청하니 30분 이내에 바로 가져다 주셔서 문제없이 사용하였습니다. 문의 시 답변도 빠르게 주셔서 참 좋았습니다. 다음에 하노이를 찾는다면 또 묵고싶습니다. 감사합니다

謝謝Tuan的幫忙，四個晚上我們住的很舒適，第三天下午還有清潔人員來打掃，讓我們的空間保持很乾淨。 整體而言是一個很愉快的經驗，房東回覆也都很即時，吹風機燙衣版洗衣機烘衣機應有盡有！很推薦跟Tuan訂房，同一棟大樓我們其他的朋友的住宿經驗就沒有這麼好，所以我們很幸運能找到Tuan!

Thuy and Phuong were very helpful and responsive prior to and throughout or stay. We had no issues getting into the apartment (the electronic lock is very useful). The location is ideal as it's quieter than the Old Quarter but only a five minute walk away from it. There are lovely restaurants and cafes in the area and it's not difficult to find public transport nearby. The apartment is just like how it looks in the pictures with all amenities provided. The hosts left us two large bottles of water which was much appreciated. The only downside was the shower, which only stayed warm for about 3-4 minutes, even after leaving the immersion on for longer than recommended. Overall, I would wholeheartedly recommend staying here if you are visiting Hanoi. Thanks again to Thuy and Phuong!

This apartment was very comfortable and cost-effective. The host is friendly and active in communication. It's a place I can use often next time. I had a great time. 😊 Good!

3주간 머물렀습니다. 미딩에 이은 제2의 한인촌 아파트라서 매일 수십 명의 한국인들을 볼 수 있었고 건물 보안도 철저했어요. 해당 건물 1층에 편의점, 약국, 한국식당, 한국슈퍼가 있었고 단지 내에 한국세탁소, 한국야식집, 한국빵집, 새마을식당, 홍콩반점, 두끼떡볶이, 하이디라오, 한국정육점 등이 있어 마치 한국에 사는 듯 했습니다. 호치민쪽 아파트들은 벽간 소음이 심했는데 여기는 층간, 벽간 소음없이 조용했고 사진에 나온 호수가 있어서 집에서 보는 뷰도 좋고 나가서 런닝하기도 좋았습니다. 미딩은 매우 가깝고 우버 3-4000원이면 호안키엠이나 롯데마트 이동이 가능해서 편했어요. 10여 개 이상의 축구장에 밑에 있어서 매일 늦게까지 축구를 하는 사람들이 좀 시끄러운 게 유일한 단점이었습니다. 재방문 의사 매우 높습니다.

Chủ nhà phản hồi và hỗ trợ rất nhiệt tình về mọi vấn đề mà tôi thắc mắc . Nơi ở trong khu chung cư cao cấp sạch sẽ và kín đáo riêng tư. Tất cả mọi tiện nghi đều đúng như mô tả và các tiện ích xung quanh tạm ổn, chỉ có điều nếu là team ăn đêm thì phải chuẩn bị trước
