Daravand guest house was opened in 2006 in a quiet and scenic place in the town of Diijan, Armenia. The hosts, Meline and Razmik, are always happy to welcome guests. Away from the hectic city noise, the guest house offers calmness, delicious Armenian home-made food, cozy and friendly environment!

Двухэтажный дом в центре города Дилижан. С балкона открывается прекрасный вид. Каждый этаж составляет 55 кв. метров, с отдельным входом и представляет отдельные апартаменты. У каждого из них своя кухня и ванная комната. В каждом ТВ, интернет, обеденный уголок, гостиный уголок. Отремонтирован в 2017 году. Мы постарались сохранить старые деревянные двери, сочетая их с современным комфортом. Находится в 300 метрах от муниципалитета в тихом месте. Магазины находятся в доступном расстоянии.

Три комфортабельных дома площадью 90кв.м. В каждом доме две спальни, гостиная-кухня, санузел, балкон с видом на горный пейзаж и реку. Частная парковка, круглосуточная охрана, камеры видеонаблюдения, детская площадка. Благоустроенная территория с ландшафтным дизайном, 2 беседки с мангалом на 10 человек и на 15 человек. Ежедневная уборка дома со сменой полотенец и постельного белья. Администратор, который находится в комплексе 24/7, с радостью встретит гостей и поможет разместиться.
