Talamanca: aluguel por temporada de casas na árvore

Wir waren für zwei nächste im April bei Jan. Es war der reinste Wahnsinn- mitten im Dschungel, ohne Fenster und nur mit einem Moskitonetz schlafen ist was anderes. Man darf keine Angst vor den Tieren haben und man muss versuchen sich darauf einzulassen ☺️. Auch die kleine Angst nach der ersten Nacht ( da die Affen schon ziemlich nah waren) hat Jan uns genommen und vieles über die Natur und Tiere erzählt. Man kann sogar Dschungel Touren direkt mit ihm unternehmen. Für den Weg zur Unterkunft sollte man jedoch festes Schuhwerk bzw. bei Regen mit Profil dabei haben oder man zieht die vor Ort Gummi Stiefel an wie ich :) Vielen Dank an Jan und seine Familie- es war ein Abenteuer welches wir nie wieder vergessen werden!

This place was wonderful, rustic, secluded, in the midst of nature and next to a beautiful, peaceful beach, Playa Negra! There is a restaurant with delicious food only a few steps down the beach, gorgeous setting; a grocery store just a bit further, also the police station and bus stop. We walked or rode bicycles to and from town nearly every day. You can take the main road along the beach or walk on the beach. Either way is so lovely! We rode the bus to places like Manzanillo and Cahuita. One day, we rented an ATV and went to some nearby waterfalls. Absolutely incredible!!!! The house is fun and relaxing. Anything you may want or need, just ask. They're really nice. Lynch and Pamela are fast to respond and very informative. This was our first trip to Costa Rica, and Lynch made it easy and enjoyable. He also does tours. We took a sloth and kayak tour, which we loved! We can hardly wait to return!

What an absolutely beautiful place to stay! This house is tucked in the jungle with loads of wildlife all around. There are other houses on the property, but they have preserved the gardens and jungle in such a fabulous way that you can’t even see any of the other houses. Felt super private. The plunge pool was absolutely delightful after we returned to the house. There are so many things close by, we especially love La Leyenda pizza restaurant. Which is just a short ride down the street in Playa Chiquita. Tine got back to me very quickly after each text I sent her. We will definitely stay here again!

Wir waren als Familie vier Nächte dort und haben die Zeit sehr genossen, das Haus ist einmalig. In Gehdistanz zu den nächsten Bars, Restaurants und dem Strand aber doch in der Natur und privat. Aus dem Haus sahen wir Faultiere, verschiedene Affen, Agutis, Tucans, Leguane, farbige Frösche und mehr! Wer eine aussergewöhnliche Unterkunft sucht ist hier richtig!

Sin duda el Tree House fue un lugar mágico, la lluvia, la jungla y los animales fueron inpagables. buena ubicación para los que les gusta caminar y estar en contacto con la naturaleza, Valerie y su pareja siempre estaban muy atentos de todo y siempre entregando una sonrisa o una recomendación de que hacer. el desayuno fue muy rico y muy contundente 100% recomendado. sin duda volveríamos a hospedar aquí y obviamente lo recomendamos sin pensarlo !

Unser Aufenthalt war einfach nur traumhaft. Die alte Bibliothek gibt einen magischen Vibe und die Lage ist einfach traumhaft. Direkt am Strand gelegen und mit den bereitgestellten Fahrrädern nur ein paar Minuten vom Nationalpark entfernt. Silvia war super nett und hilfsbereit. Mitten in der Nacht hat ein Faultier bei uns im Schlafzimmer vor dem Regen Schutz gesucht, und hat uns ein magisches Erlebnis beschert. Davon werden wir bestimmt bis ans Ende unseres Lebens erzählen! Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und allen empfehlen hier zu übernachten, die einen ganz besonderen Ort suchen. Danke!

Une nuit très agréable passée dans cette maison dans l'arbre. Le logement est très propre et dispose de tout le matériel nécessaire. Nous avons été bercés par le bruit des vagues et des animaux. Le logement est très bien situé, à 2 minutes à pied de la plage. Restaurants et supérettes à proximité. Nous ne pouvons que vous recommander ce logement.

this place is so beautiful. the location, the quiet street, far enough from town to feel secluded, even though there are neighbors. the beach is beaitoful and quiet as well. we would love to stay here again and we'll be recommending it to friends. David was a pleasure to talk to and was available and quick to respond whenever needed. we only ever rent open air homes so we are used to what comes with it -occasional bugs, occasional issues with water or internet. it's the price you pay for wanting to stay in such a location and to be so close to nature. from the house we saw agoutis, green macaws, toucans, monkies, and a variety of other tropical birds. we enjoyed boogie boarding in the ocean, playing in the waves, walking the beach, sitting and listening to the birds, playing games on the giant table, and seeing the area. we always felt safe and again, David was only minutes away and quick to respond.

Wir haben das Erlebnis im Baumhaus über den Wäldern mit wunderschönem Blick aufs Meer sehr genossen. Perfekte Aussicht für den Sonnenaufgang und viele Vögel zum beobachten. Es liegt weit oben, mit dem Auto braucht man Allradantrieb. Wir sind mit Rucksäcken den steilen Weg Zu Fuß aufgestiegen, ein Tuktuk oder Alejo kann einen aber auch nach oben bringen. Insgesamt eine große Empfehlung hier ein paar Nächte zu verbringen!

Nous avons été 7 nuits au logement de Tom et Hadas. Un séjour dont on se rappellera toute notre vie. Nous nous sentions apaisés et ressourcés à notre départ. Tom nous a gentiment accueilli à notre arrivée pour tout nous expliquer et nous a conseillé à la fin de profiter du séjour pour connecter avec la nature et ce fût un sage conseil que nous avons suivi. Je recommande l’expérience.

this jungle cottage was definitely the real deal. a great place if you want to experience staying in the jungle. we woke up to a troop of howler monkeys in the trees directly above our apartment. there are alot of bugs around, so keeping the doors closed is a must. the apartment itself is well built and sealed, and the suspended bed was a unique and comfortable experience. the property staff were very friendly and the pool was extremely refreshing after a day at the beach.

We really wish there was an option for more than 5 stars! From the moment we arrived until the last minutes we were staying here, we felt very welcomed! The location was amazing, the tree house (green frog) was perfect. As others have commented…the only thing that could have been better. . .is if we had actually extended our stay here. Ricky and Lori were extremely friendly and helpful. The fresh cut Pipas to drink were splendid. 10/10!!! We would recommend and can’t wait to stay here again in the future.

The treehouse is an awesome stay! Sitting out on the deck was amazing. It’s definitely a cozy little place, with very nice touches, making it a special place. People do walk and bike the road but I’d recommend a vehicle to get there. We had an atv and it was a lot of fun!

Marlene was a great host and a wonderful communicator. She lives full-time on the property and is always close by if you need her for anything. The experience was a true eco stay tucked in the jungle and away from the busy streets of the town. Worth a stay if you're looking to truly immerse yourself in nature

Mi novio y yo fuimos a celebrar su cumpleaños y elegimos es espacio de Rick y Lori pues se veía acogedor y así lo fue, la mejor elección. Disfrutamos mucho de la naturaleza, de la tranquilidad y ese espacio de desconexión. Ellos fueron muy atentos desde el momento 1 hasta el final, el espacio se encuentra muy limpio y organizado, cuidan de cada detalle. La primera noche los congos estuvieron muy cerca en su entorno natural, disfrutamos de cada momento en la cabaña. La piscina estuvo limpia y con paños incluso para quienes no llevan, definitivamente volvería y lo recomendaría. La única recomendación para quienes llevan auto 4x2 es que tomen sus precauciones al dejar el carro en el parqueo interno, en nuestro caso tuvimos algunos problemas al salir pues las llantas patinaban, fuera de eso todo excelente. Gracias por crear este espacio tan acogedor!
