Our stay at this homestay was wonderful. It's a beautiful place, and the service was excellent. The staff are friendly, attentive, and considerate. The homestay is very clean, the food is very good, and the prices are reasonable. The views are incredible. In the afternoons, local tourists who are not staying at the homestay come to have drinks on the terrace. They can be somewhat loud rude and bothersome; they play music and turn the area into a photo set for social media. This is the only negative aspect we have regarding this wonderful place. The family's dogs and cat are affectionate, just like the charming staff at the homestay. We will return.

The accommodation was very good! The guys have a store on top with cool tees and hoodies with unique designs!

Perfekt für einen Aufenthalt in Sapa! Das Zimmer liegt ca. 10min entfernt vom Zentrum. Man kann alles fußläufig erreichen, hat aber trotzdem Ruhe. Die Zimmer sind groß und verfügen über alles was man braucht. Im zweiten Stock gibt es zudem einen Aufenthaltsraum mit Snacks, Getränken und Gesellschaftsspielen. Abend kann man zudem in der anliegende Bar etwas trinken. Die Kommunikation mit den Hosts ist einfach und schnell. Es gibt zudem die Möglichkeit über diese Trekkingtouren zu buchen.

We really enjoyed our stay at Yên’s cottage. It’s cosy, surrounded by nature and only a 5-10 min walk to restaurants and town. Yên sends videos and information how to get to the Airbnb. We arrived at 1am (pretty dark) but because of the information and videos it was very easy to find. *it’s a pretty steep hill/stairs you have to walk up to get to the cottage (and down to go back to the street).

The stay is away from the tourist area, at a quite place, with a great view. The waterfall and bamboo forest are nearby, and you live very close to the homes of villagers which is a unique experience in itself. If you want peace, enjoy nature and experience rural life with a great view of mountains and rice fields, this is the perfect stay for you.

perfect home with three lovely cats and one dog. very delicious food and coffee and has accessible mart (just beside it) and restaurant options and bars. there’s also this indigo workshop which is really therapeutic and very spacious space to do exercise.

Not in the centre of town so it was away from the hustle and bustle of tourists. Easy to walk to from the centre and Lena, the lady who managed the accommodation was very helpful in organising transport and food.

Hop is very nice and accommodating. Two tips for new guests: look for the BB Homestay signage and contact the host via WApp before going to Ta Van so she can send you the pinned location. I give her perfect stars. If you need a transportation to Sa Pa, please message the host as she will be the one who’ll contact the nice drivers.

I had a wonderful stay at Rock Garden Homestay in Sapa! Even though the weather was cloudy and I couldn’t see the mountain views, the peaceful atmosphere and the warm hospitality of the hosts made it a memorable experience. The homestay itself is charming and cozy, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The hosts were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always ensuring I felt at home. They prepared delicious meals that were perfect for the chilly weather, and their kindness truly brightened my trip. While I missed the famous mountain views due to the clouds, the serene surroundings and cool mist added a unique charm to the experience. It felt like being in a quiet, hidden retreat far away from the busy world. I highly recommend Rock Garden Homestay for anyone visiting Sapa. It’s a great place to relax and enjoy the beauty of nature, even if the weather isn’t perfect. I hope to come back someday and catch those stunning views!

Beautiful place as shown in the pictures. Surrounded by beautiful mountains which can be viewed from the balcony as soon as you open the balcony door. Once you get a hang of where the location is it's pretty easy. Place can be cleaned daily if you request for it. Host was very responsive and even offered to get us a cab from where we were in sapa town . Host was also very responsive. For the price we paid it was so worth it. Thank you to the host.

Amazing stay with a stunning view! The place was clean, peaceful, and exactly as described. The host was incredibly accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking to relax and enjoy beautiful scenery. Big thanks to the host for being really helpful—especially for helping us sort out motorbike rentals, which made getting around so easy. Everything was smooth from check-in to check-out. Would totally stay here again!
