This unique and elegant Family friendly partial wheelchair access property offers a beautiful waterfront view, a pool, a pier, 4 king rooms, and a futon. Offering a large entertainment area also with indoor games. This home with its hand-milled elegant woodwork, spiral staircase, and custom bar overlooks the beautiful swift creek reservoir. It resides on a 100-acre private estate with walking trails along the water. Enjoy our newly renovated fully stocked kitchen! Found in the Midlothian area.

“The Nest” is a private, ground level “basement” apartment. 15 min from downtown Richmond & 18 min to Pocahontas State Park, this space offers a peaceful, conveniently located, retreat. Private entrance, cozy patio, & large yard- all creek side. Laundry, high speed internet, Smart TV. Yard is wooded and private. Restaurants and tons of shopping within 5 min of the house, and 2.5 miles from highway access. A friend rents the upstairs of the home, which is completely separate- no shared space.

Guesthouse at Historic Bon Air Estate

Charming cottage located on the property of the first house built in the heart of historic Bon Air, Va. This inviting guesthouse has everything you need for a relaxing stay, with a full kitchen and bathroom and a loft bedroom area. A large covered porch with swing, a fire pit and access to a gas grill. Great location, just outside of the City. 2026 UPDATE - we have upgraded to a full 12-000 Btu Mini-Split HVAC system so the cottage stays cool in the summer and warm in the winter!

The perfect guest suite waiting to great you to relax in this cozy retreat. Full renovation completed in 2023, including all new furnishings. As an Airbnb traveler, I focused on a clean, comfortable space that guests enjoy and recommend to others. The Chateau Midlothian Suite Retreat is limited to two adult guests with reservations. No other outside guests are permitted. All guests must have their identity verified through Airbnb with at least two reviews to make reservations.

Shared access to the fenced in back yard with a grill and firepit.
