Really nice place to stay in Swakopmund - two story apartment with two bedrooms and many amenities including kitchen, washer/dryer. Check-in was easy with one of the co-hosts coming to meet you in person. Secure parking available across the street with 24/7 access. Overall a great place to stay and would recommend to anyone visiting the area!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Bennie's place is located close to the beach and Platz am Meer Shopping Center. the appartment has everything needed for a comfortable stay and offers great value for money for larger families. Will definitely be back. Thank you for a great stay.

Wonderful Appartment, not far from the center

Located right on the beach. This apartment was outstanding value and super comfortable. Great for beach and town access, no need for a car to get around town. Would definitely stay here again next time.

Wir waren vier Wochen bei Eike zu Gast und haben uns wie zuhause gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, wirklich geräumig und mit allem ausgestattet, was wir brauchten. Eike und die Leute von Perfect Stay haben uns jederzeit freundlich und prompt bei Rückfragen und kleinen Problemen unterstützt. Dass es bei der zentralen Lage nicht so still ist, wie auf einer Farm, war zu erwarten. Es ist keineswegs laut, aber natürlich hört man gelegentlich Geräusche von den Nachbargrundstücken und der Strasse. Wir würden jederzeit wieder bei Eike buchen.

It was an amazing place to stay at. Travelled with the family and we all enjoyed our stay. The place is close to the beach and one could easily take a walk and it’s also a short drive away from the mall. A quiet and safe neighborhood and checking in one was super easy.

Words cannot adequately convey the beauty of this place. Our initial impression was simply "wow." It is worth every penny spent. The customer service is unparalleled. The place was very clean , service quick and staff very friendly and helpful. Iyaloo, our host, is exceptionally thoughtful and accommodating. I was particularly impressed by her willingness to stay up Late to assist with our check-in, as we had left our previous residence quite late due to delays. My family and I had a wonderful experience, and this will undoubtedly be our home away from home during every visit to Swakopmund. I highly recommend this place.

Wir haben dort eine Nacht verbracht und hatten eine wirklich wunderbare Zeit. Das Haus selbst war einfach perfekt für uns. Es war sauber, gemütlich und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Betten waren sehr bequem, und wir haben sehr gut geschlafen. Die Küche hatte alles, was wir brauchten, und wir konnten problemlos unsere Mahlzeiten zubereiten. Der Wohnbereich war ebenfalls sehr einladend, und wir haben dort viel Zeit damit verbracht, uns zu entspannen und die schöne Umgebung zu genießen. Die Lage des Hauses war ebenfalls ideal. Es war ruhig und friedlich, aber dennoch in der Nähe von allem, was wir brauchten. Wir konnten leicht die Gegend erkunden und hatten einen tollen Spaziergang durch die Natur. Es war wirklich der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für unsere kleinen Abenteuer. Was jedoch wirklich herausragend war, war die Gastfreundschaft. Sie waren so freundlich und hilfsbereit und haben wirklich dafür gesorgt, dass wir uns wie zu Hause fühlten. Wir danken Ihnen nochmals für alles!

Had a short stay in Beachfront villa. Was expecting for a few relaxing days ocean-side and received it also. Had more than enough room for 8 people and additionally for some guests for a small grill party at one evening. Place is beautiful, ocean just behind the house. Although the weather was not the greatest it was still really relaxing stay. Host was really helpful and responded quickly to all minor issues occuring during the stay. All in all I really recommend this place if you are looking for a private relaxing stay.

Kirsten, was a great host! Check-in was simple and the house was immaculate. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, and utensils. There was a washer and dryer in the unit, and best of all, the property had an amazing view of the Ocean! This was a great find and a no-brainer if you are looking for a nice place to stay when visiting Swakop and Walvis Bay.

This was our second stay in Wessel’s house, and once again a perfect house for family holidays. It is close to restaurants, shops and the beach. Perfect spot to watch the beautiful sunsets over the Atlantic.

We loved staying in Ilse’s place. She was so easy to work with and very responsive to any questions we had. The place was centrally located and perfect for our stay. We were able to walk to the beach, restaurants and grocery stores. Will for sure stay here again next time we come to Swakopmund.

This is a clean, cozy apartment in a safe building and at a great location. You can walk to the beach, restaurants, city centre, and the mall. You can watch the sunset from the balcony.

Sehr nette Besitzer, wohnen gleich daneben, super einfache und schnelle Kommunikation, extrem freundlich, wir konnten sogar die Waschmaschine benutzen. Ich kann es jedem empfehlen und würde sofort wiederkommen.

Eugene’s place is perfect for exploring Swakopmund. It is two blocks from the ocean with a cafe nearby, grocery store and the main part of town all walkable. The apartment is good-sized with two bedrooms, large kitchen with all the amenities you could want and living room. Very comfortable and secure. Eugene was so easy to communicate with and gave lots of good advice on things to do and places to eat. There are several hotels nearby that are comparable or cheaper in price but we liked the big living space and the washer / dryer to do laundry. Perfect when you have been on the road for awhile!

Please inform the guests that the front door opens from Inside and outside with the key only. The big rain soaked the outside furniture so that they could not be used. Otherwise all perfect - thank you
