The condo is nestled in Townsend. This area is known as the "Peaceful Side of the Smokies". My 1st floor condo was built in Nov 2016. The LITTLE RIVER, which originates in the GSMNP, is a stocked trout river and flows in my backyard. Fly fish & tube it! Gatlinburg & Pigeon Forge are near and dear.

Nestled in the smoky mountains of North Carolina this home is near the Nantahala Outdoor Center, the Tail of the Dragon, Santeetlah Lake and Fontana Lake. A great place to retreat to for peace and play.. This home is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families and furry friends. The Portlandia Suite is a large 1 bedroom private apartment with full kitchen and full living room, fold out couch and full bath.

Our two bedroom spa suite with fireplace and sitting area features 2 bedrooms side by side connected via a shared outdoor deck (see images). The Primary Bedroom offers soaring ceilings, balcony, and our signature soaking tub, steam shower and fireplace, while the adjoining room offers an additional queen size bedroom with fireplace and an en-suite. Both rooms have their own entrance and share an outdoor private deck. The 2 bedroom suite allows children ages 12 and up.

Seven Bears Camp

Inspired by the incredible views surrounding the property, this space was thoughtfully curated for a cozy escape. Get outside spending your day exploring the most visited National Park in the United States, but come back to rest in luxury at Seven Bears Camp! This is a pet free property, due to medical reasons. No pets are allowed and if any are brought in a fine of $500 will be issued. Please respect this rule and our space.
