Located in Avondale, Jacksonvilles historic district, this Garage Studio offers everything one needs for a getaway or a business trip. Walking distance to the Shoppes of Avondale. There are multiple restaurants/bars/outdoor cafe dining all within walking distance in either direction. The 2nd story garage apartment offers a balcony with views into Boone Park. Fully renovated in 2021 offering a full kitchen and bathroom. You have a private parking space as well.

River Retreat

In the heart of Florida's cave diving region. Located right on the Suwannee River. Near by attractions; Royal Spring with Boat Ramp; 4 miles; Little River Spring; 8 miles;Troy Spring; 17 miles; Blue Hole Spring; 20 miles; Ichetucknee Spring; 22 miles; . As of now, the dock and stairs going down to the river are under re-construction. But can still get down to the river. I have 3 large dogs, let me know when you might arrive. So I can have them inside.

🤍 We can't wait to host you! The Cottage on 4th is located in the eclectic Historic Springfield neighborhood in Jacksonville's urban core. Situated in close proximity to awesome restaurants, coffee shops, breweries, and entertainment venues. Located 1.5 miles or less from TIAA Bank Field, Daily’s Place, Vystar Veterans Memorial Arena, and 121 Financial Ballpark (Jacksonville Jumbo Shrimp stadium). 13 miles from JAX airport and 16 miles from the beach.

Close to Paynes Prairie Preserve State Park, Micanopy's unique downtown and a short easy drive to UF campus. North of Micanopy on Highway 441 across from Lake Wauberg. A common private driveway from the highway leads up to our two story home and two story detached garage. Uber not a good option. Good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers; and great for Gator friends and fans. Smoke free and no pets please.
