The Homestead B&B - Garden Room

The Homestead B&B is a traditional Adults Only B&B and situated on two beautifully manicured acres. We are centrally located to Rehoboth Beach, Lewes, Dewey Beach, State Parks, and Outlet Shopping. This guest room is located on the first floor of the Main House and features a king size bed, private in-suite bath and French doors that lead out to the wrap-a-round screened in porch. A full American breakfast is served each morning. Please advise in advance if you have any special dietary needs.

The Homestead B&B - Cottage

The Homestead is a traditional Adults Only B&B and situated on two beautifully manicured acres. We are centrally located to Rehoboth Beach, Lewes, Dewey Beach, State Parks, and Outlet Shopping. The Cottage is detached from the Main House and features a king size bed, kitchenette, living room with a sleeper sofa, and a fenced in back yard/patio with a gas grill. A full American breakfast is served each morning in the Main House. Please advise in advance if you have any special dietary needs.

The Homestead B&B - Carriage House Loft

The Homestead is a traditional Adults Only B&B and situated on two beautifully manicured acres. We are centrally located to Rehoboth Beach, Lewes, Dewey Beach, State Parks, and Outlet Shopping. The Carriage House Loft is a luxurious suite with a fireplace, jacuzzi tub, standup shower, kitchenette, king size bed, and a balcony looking over the grounds and pool. Iona is located close to DE Turf and the Delaware beaches. The Inn looks out over Cedar Creek, a pristine estuary leading to Delaware Bay. This vista provides many stunning sunrises and sunsets. Since Iona is a working farm, the front of the house looks out over the barn, pastures, and fields. The front porch and second-floor balcony provide perfect viewing to enjoy the early morning scenery with your first cup of coffee and breakfast provided to all guests. Iona is a non-smoking property.

The Homestead B&B is a traditional Adults Only B&B and situated on two beautifully manicured acres. We are centrally located to Rehoboth Beach, Lewes, Dewey Beach, State Parks, and Outlet Shopping. This guest room is located in the rear of our Carriage House on the first floor. It has a private entrance and a small patio facing our fruit trees. A full American breakfast is served each morning. It is a spacious first floor unit with large rooms and high ceilings filled tastefully with vintage American furniture. The condominium is a short three block walk to downtown Lewes with its excellent restaurants and shops, and a 5-10 minute drive to the beaches of Delaware Bay, the Atlantic Ocean, and Cape Henlopen State Park.
