This 16x28 cabin is more like a tiny house featuring one bedroom with Queen size bed and full bath including washer & dryer. The great room is one space with all the kitchen amenities, dining room table couch and TV/DVD. Three additional air mattresses extends your sleeping space for up to four more guests. Private one acre, quiet setting just 80 feet off Sunshine Lake. Take advantage of ice fishing for Rainbow Trout in the winter and snow shoes or cross country skiing through wooded trails. Great snow machine cabin too! Summer months are great for non-motorized boats.

Nana's Cabin

Nana's Cabin is located on a private pond 4 miles from downtown. This charming log home was built by local builders for their mother. Guests can drive right to the front door. There is a full well equipped kitchen. Bathroom has tub w/shower, washer & dryer. One queen bed downstairs & a queen, a twin and 2 pull out beds upstairs. Note: The Denali National Park entrance is a 3 hour drive from Talkeetna! There is a 1/2 mile walking trail on the property and access to local bike and ski trails.

The Sawmill Suite

This downstairs unit of the house has many amenities that include but are not limited to a high-quality bed, heated floors, waterfall shower with stone floor, full kitchen for cooking, outdoor seating, shared outdoor fire pit (wood provided), beautiful grass yard, and more. The building is a duplex with a unit upstairs and a unit downstairs. It is likely you could hear upstairs guests, specifically during their water use when showering or washing laundry.
