We are a privately owned condo in Grand Palms Resort, but their shuttle and extras are not included with this listing. Each unit is 900sf with 2 bedrooms, one bath, full kitchen and living room with front and rear porch access. The rear porch overlooks a natural pond teeming with wading birds and other wildlife. Guests are provided the essentials: bed linens, towels/bath clothes, cookware, and keurig coffee maker. Unit #2 is on the 2nd level right.
