Excellent stay at Coastal Calm. Great property, as advertised, super clean. We were at KI in mid November for a guys golf trip. Property is in a great West Beach location, super close to the Cougar Point clubhouse. Highly recommend and would stay at this property again.

The unit was very efficient and it was perfect for our stay. Quick five-minute walk to the beach. Walking paths nearby. Dog-friendly. Wonderful management. Comfy bed. One of the most impressive things about our visit (other than the beach), was how quickly the host would respond to any question we had. Gives so much confidence for someone who is renting for the first time.

Very comfortable. Especially enjoyed the screen porch and the easy walk to the beach. A little tricky to see the house number from the road.

Palm Bungalow was the perfect fit for our week long vacation for my husband and I. It was exactly what we had in mind with the beach being a 4 min walk just across the road. Freshfields Village and Night Heron Park was an easy 15-20 min bike ride which we loved doing in the mornings. The villa complex was private and serene itself and the unit was adorably decorated and extremely fresh and clean feeling. We loved our first experience in KI and will def be back !

We had a great time staying here. ESPM was very communicative and provided clear instructions on arrival and departure. Be sure to rent bikes and ride them on the beach and the many miles of shaded trails and roads. Super fun! I'm happy to say we did not use the TV much but when we did, we were pleased to learn that we could screenshare to the main Samsung TV from our Apple devices which made movie night a breeze. Thanks for the relaxing getaway!

We had a wonderful experience with iTrip Charleston, and the beautiful Sea La Vie villa. All pre-booking questions were answered immediately, and the team was highly informative with travel details from check-in/arrival through departure. We felt at home from the moment we walked in to discover welcome treats and a lovely message from Sarah & Steven in this spacious and beautiful villa. The pet-friendly home was well-stocked, nicely decorated, and super cozy - everything we needed for a relaxing break. It’s in a fantastic location - only a short walk to the beach. Thank you for sharing your charming home with us…we look forward to returning soon.

This was our third time back to this location and it remains one of our favourite places. The unit is spacious, beautifully appointed with all the necessary amenities and then some. We like to cook while travelling and the kitchen is extremely well stocked with pots, pans, utensils and everything else you need to make a multitude of different meals. The beds are very comfortable and bathrooms spacious. The views are spectacular … there is always a bird or deer or alligator to watch over coffee in the morning and then golfers in the afternoon! The Sanctuary Hotel is right next door if you’re looking for a special meal or spa treatment. The beach is about a 3 or 4 minute walk along a well defined boardwalk. Parking is a cinch right out front. If you’re in an upper unit in this building there are elevators which is very handy. We had a minor issue with the smoke alarms and the host responded immediately and took care of the problem efficiently. Can’t wait to come back again!

This is a great house in a perfect location on Folly! You can walk anywhere you need to go including the beach and Center Street (with all the restaurants/bars/shops)! The house was super clean and very well furnished! We will definitely look to book again!

We loved our stay on Kiawah Island. Having the flexibility to cook some of our meals really allowed us to flex our schedule. Everything was super clean and it was well stocked. the hosts also had recommendations on places g to go and things to do. This place was a low stress walk to the beach where we met plenty of nice families. We used some of the tennis and golf facilities and they were top notch. We would totally come back to this spot again. 💕

Had a wonderful visit to Isle of Palms staying here. House is set up wonderfully for families with kids, and is in a great location - easy walk to the beach, and very convenient to Isle of Palms and Sullivans Island. Host is helpful, beds are comfortable, and house is updated and well appointed. Enjoyed the outdoor space also!

Very beautiful place, view was amazing and place very well kept. Only problem we faced was the fact that the elevator was broken and we had to walk several flights of stairs to the 4th floor several times per day. Other than that, everything was amazing.

This is a great stay and very affordable! Walkable area and amazing beach access. Very clean and safe with a great view. The mattress was great and two people slept well on it. The bunk beds would be best for shorter kids and don't have barriers up, but that wasn't a concern for us. I would 100% return!

We had to leave another home( different hosts) we booked as the pool was closed due to hurricane, the beach was closed for dredging and it had a bad mold smell…. This new house was amazing and had everything we needed. They also were very accommodating in getting us in as quickly as possible. We had a baby with us so moving places wasn’t fun but myoceanrentals really came through. Thank you so much. We will stay again.

Wonderful stay! The condo was clean, spacious, and incredibly peaceful. The location was beautiful and just a quick drive to the beach. Highly recommend!

We had never been to this area and we can't wait to return. The airbnb was in a prime location. The condo was so beautifully renovated and so clean. It was the perfect layout for us and our 2 small children with the 2 bedrooms and separate bathrooms. We had an amazing time!

My first Airbnb experience and I was nervous. But it went as smooth as possible. Finding the place and getting in was very easy. I will definitely use Airbnb again
