Incredible Waterfront Townhome

As close to the water as you can get! Our building is considered the best in the complex which is waterfront, very private and peaceful. Perched on the Point we have fantastic views overlooking the intracoastal's oyster beds, mangroves, exotic birds, fish and bald eagles!. The sunsets are incredible. A fisherman's paradise. There is a private boat dock and a small boat ramp to launch your kayak. Watch dolphins put on a show almost daily from your lanai. The beach is right across the street!

Oceanview Home

My place is between Saint Augustine and Palm Coast. This is my second home and I am only here 3-5 days per month. It is located in a historical island called Summer Haven where Floridians have taken vacations for generations, not to mention is a great place for surfing, fishing, paddle boarding, etc. or if you just enjoy reading on the beach. The house is about 100 yards to the water and a very short walk to very quiet and private-like beach. Read Guidebook for more detail about the area.

Mellon Haven - Island Cottage

This 1924 Beach Cottage was part of the original Mellon Estate located in Summer Haven. Literally steps from the Atlantic Ocean (one of the best surfing spots in St Augustine), it is the perfect hideaway to escape to an island! Equipped with WIFI, they will never know you are working remotely! It's quiet area to spend some time with your family with popular activities nearby. The home is updated, and features a screened porch that doubles the living space. The hardest part is going home.

It's a few short blocks to Intracoastal Waterway (ICW) where you can enjoy breath-taking walks. Short drive to everything!
