This cottage is a separate building which is situated on the same property as the owners. Although this is a small cottage it has a fully equipped kitchenette, one bathroom, one double bed and a fold out couch, There is also a semi private patio for your use. Charming small cottage situated on the edge of wetlands with beautiful views. Private gazebo with covered firepit and a dock over looking the large pond. Located on our 5 acre free range egg farm in Merville, BC. The pond is home to a family of beavers, bald eagles, blue heron and various birds. Private walking trail off the cottage and access to the One Spot Trail at the end of our private drive. We are 20 mins from downtown Courtenay and 10 mins to the Mount Washington turn off.
