The cottage is a spacious detached house with three large bedrooms, two bathrooms and a spacious and light living room overlooking a beautifully landscaped garden. Great chalet to relax with the family, with many play options for kids of any age. The area is very green with lots of outdoor space around the house. Open up the patio doors, take a nap in the hammock or BBQ next to the terras. Within walking distance you find a historic harbour town, with a supermarket, cafes and restaurants. Hij is geschikt voor 5 tot maximaal 6 personen. Zelf gebruiken we de woning ook in alle jaargetijden als uitvalsbasis naar zee en strand, bezoek aan diverse steden en bezienswaardigheden in de Randstad. Zeer geschikt voor kinderen: diverse voorzieningen zijn aanwezig.

Deze prachtige studio is gelegen in het appartementencomplex de 'Rotonde'. De studio bevindt zich op de 10de etage. (lift aanwezig) Het uitzicht langs de kustlijn is onbeschrijfelijk mooi. De studio heeft een heerlijk balkon, waar u  kunt genieten van de zonsondergang. De  badkamer is voorzien van een douche, wastafel en toilet. De luxe keuken is uitgerust met een afwasmachine, combi magnetron, koelkast, koffiemachine (Senseo) en waterkoker.

Vanuit het huis loop je in 5 min naar het strand (500 m). Het is niet toegestaan in het huis of in de tuin te roken en /of drugs te gebruiken.
