It is within 200m of Sandymount strand, 100m of Sydney Parade DART station, 10 mins from city centre, 5 mins from RDS & Aviva, Aircoach 701 stops at St Vincents Hospital on Merrion Road. This stop is a 12minute walk to the room. For the tired traveler you'll be right at home in this very quite residential location, that, complemented by black-out blinds will ensure a great night's sleep.

The location is perfect with the city centre just 7 km away & lots of great shops, restaurants and bars close by. There is free parking in the driveway. Excellent public transport is also only minutes away. The beach is 10 mins walk and there is a spar shop around the corner, where you can hire bikes for €1/hour ( see bleeperactive.com for details )
