Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Minimum 30 night stay. Near hospitals, SCSU campus (especially the Husky Arena), in a quiet cul-de-sac. This unit has 3 bedrooms with one of the bedrooms having been turned into a reading room. This unit is on the top floor as to not have anyone walking above. Quiet and peaceful area in the middle of town. Location: St. Cloud Hospital 1 mile & Saint Cloud Rivers Edge convention center close by. Backyard that is enclosed with a fenced in area, Deck, and Patio. The Heim Canoe Access Area is across the street. Bring your tubes, bring a canoe/kayak to enjoy the canoe access on both rivers, Mississippi and Sauk which intersect at the mouth of the Sauk River. Wildlife and quiet in the back yard. Large front yard too. LARGE newly concreted parking space.

Unique home located on the Crow River, walking distance to downtown New London with shopping, coffee, restaurants and a brewery. The property has a fire pit and dock and you can watch the New London water ski show from the dock. The home was built in 1912 as a hospital (Sunnyside Hospital) but has been converted into a comfortable and fun place to gather friends and family. Part of the yard is completely fenced in. Features a large deck with amazing river views to watch the local wildlife.
