Blockhouse Perry is quiet, pet-friendly, and conveniently located by, but not in, downtown Spokane. Blockhouses are built only using sustainable practices and materials, allowing us to be net-zero, so our guests can enjoy a "sustainable stay" that reduces their carbon footprint for a net-zero future.

Mother in law Suite w/private entrance

This is an addition to our home. Your own private entrance into a mother in law set up. Full bedroom with full bathroom. Complete kitchen w/ full fridge, oven, dishwasher. There is cameras on property. Close to sporting venues, golf, hiking and lakes. Queen bed in bedroom. Couch has pull out-suitable for small children. No smoking and no vaping on property . If you do you will pay $300 cleaning fee. We do NOT provide toiletries.We do NOT provide breakfasts. Don’t provide coffee or detergent

Stocked with coffee & tea to enjoy while you sit on the porch, a kitchen fully equipped to prepare meals or head outside to grill! Custom walk-in shower with views of a neighboring meadow with shampoo, conditioner & soap provided!

Separate entrance to a newly constructed suite. Suburbs out front; hiking in trees and creek out back. Patio area immediately outside. Inside, a king bed, kitchenette (no stove), TV area (You Tube TV, sports and many other options) with two swivel recliners. Bathroom with shower includes washer-dryer. Wi-Fi and coffee/tea and snacks available. Relax in or out. Close to North Spokane: 10 minutes from Whitworth and Green Bluff, 6 minutes from Starbucks, 5 minutes from Costco & 3 from fast food.

Country cabin, dry cabin

Cute cabin, private close to town yet has a great cozy country feeling. This is a dry cabin which means there is no running water, has electricity cable TV, refrigerator, water dispenser that dispenses both hot and cold water, a coffee maker. 1 motion activated, camera outside of the cabin that will notify me of your arrival and departure of the cabin. The camera is looking at the front door and parking area, PETS MUST BE ON THE RESERVATION. My home and 2 other cabins present on property

Come enjoy a stay in this newly renovated private suite on our 20 acre farm. Private setting just minutes to town! The owners enjoy hosting weddings at their property in the summer months and want to extend their love for hosting year round by offering this 1 bedroom apartment to guests in their off season. Waterfront house with stairs and great views, family-friendly activities including parks, the beach, restaurants and dining, multiple snow ski hills nearby and the lake. You’ll love our place because of the views of gorgeous Liberty Lake! Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families with kids.

NOTE: This is a guest suite, we live in the upstairs of the home (more info below).

About 1.5 miles from the freeway I-90. 30 minutes from Spokane airport, 15 minutes to Coeur d ‘Alene, 30 minutes to Silverwood. One large bedroom with 2 queen size beds. Perfect for 2-4 people. Parking spot included. Piano for those musically inclined. Pack and play available upon request. Air conditioning and washer/dryer recently added. No pets allowed.
