Main entry level with living room and kitchen and two of the bedrooms. Downstairs with a family room and two bedrooms and laundry room. Everything new and fresh! Ping-pong table, hot tub, grill, yard games, and Internet! 30 min to Boise State University. 3-5 min to grocery store and downtown Eagle. Five minutes to green belt.

Draper’s Safe and Cozy Blue-Door Cottage

With the Draper Blue-door Cottage, we have tried to create a safe, comfortable and homey environment for your family to enjoy! It includes many amenities including a kitchen with cooking pans, dishes, utensils, basic spices. We also provide a Keurig coffee pot and waffle maker. Bathrooms have a shampoo, conditioner and shower gel caddy. Although I have a no pet rule, I can make exceptions with requests who agree to pay an additional $75 cleaning fee.

Come for the river view and stay for the relaxation. Our studio is a private, separate guesthouse just a few steps from the south channel of the Boise River. It overlooks the river, has private parking and a private entrance. This studio suite includes a king-size bed, a kitchenette, and a private outdoor patio on the river. The kitchenette includes a range, dishwasher, refrigerator, a portable washing machine, and dryer.

Entire house located in the country but central to nearby towns of Middleton Star,Eagle,and Meridian. Very quiet country road with sweeping views of the valley and foothills. There are 3 horses on property within fenced area. Owners are available anytime and are close by. House is a one bedroom, one bath fully stocked for a comfortable stay, lots of parking.
