Nice, clean apartment just 5 minutes from Michigan Tech and a view of Portage Lake (lake access too!). Washer and dryer are in the spacious bathroom with a shower. Full kitchen and electric fireplace. Stairlift from garage. Otter House is a beautifully appointed log cabin in the trees overlooking Otter Lake. It is comfortably furnished with a well equipped kitchen. The lakefront has a small beach, 3 kayaks, a canoe, hammocks and a fire pit. Otter Lake is a tranquil spot with great fishing and very little boat traffic. There is a parking pad for your RV or trailer. *Please note that the entry is on the basement level and the main living area is up a flight of stairs.

Superior Sunset Getaway

Enjoy beautiful sunsets over lake superior from the back door. With 150' of water frontage, but access to about a mile worth's of shoreline you can relax with walks along the beach, sitting by a fire or grilling in the outdoor space. There is also a trout stream that flows into a pond where the local kids and resident bald eagles enjoy fishing. This 2 bedroom 2 bath home is located 15 minutes from Houghton.

Large House- Near Area Attractions- Copper Ridge

Come visit the beautiful Upper Peninsula of Michigan! Copper Ridge is a large 3 bedroom / 2.5 bathroom house located right next to the Bill Nicholls Trail 3. The parking area is a large, pull-through style driveway with enough room to fit multiple trucks and trailers. House is located 4 miles from Houghton and 6 miles from MTU. Trail is located across the street (Allouez Street).

We are only 5 minutes from Michigan Tech or beautiful Houghton.
