A cosy granny flat ( studio ) with all the basic comforts for self catering, with private entrance in rural surroundings. The town of Smithton is in walking distance. Our family live on the property but you'll enjoy complete privacy. It's a great space for an overnight stopover or short term stay. Also ideal for anyone coming to the area for work purposes. Sanibonani means "Hello" in Zulu and we hope you will feel welcome and very much at home in our cottage.

Roses Garden Studio is a sophisticated and very private self-contained space. Tariff includes breakfast provisions and a well equipped sideboard kitchenette with fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and kettle. Perfectly nestled under the famous ‘Nut’ and within walking distance to everything. We even have resident penguins in our yard.
