A homely breakfast is prepared for you to enjoy in the dining room. Off street parking provided. Only a twenty minute pleasant drive from The Spirit of Tasmania and just over an hour from Cradle Mountain.

Close to beach, river etc. Base for commuting to Cradle Mountain, Stanley and the many other attractions on the North West and West Coast. Twenty minutes to the Spirit of Tas Ferry and regional airports. There is ample off-street parking. Roses Garden Studio is a sophisticated and very private self-contained space. Tariff includes breakfast provisions and a well equipped sideboard kitchenette with fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and kettle. A 10 min walk to the CBD, beachside restaurants and foreshore BBQ area. A 7 min drive to the hospital and university campus. Well located for daytrips in the region.
