Families will appreciate the quiet park and playground right behind the home. For those more active, there is easy access to bike and cross-country ski trails just a few minutes from the property. Close to the Anthony Henday, 15 min to WEM, and 20 min to Downtown Edmonton.

Private, pet friendly suite - no cleaning fee!

Renovated in 2026! This basement suite is self-contained, has its own separate entrance, and has all the necessary items to become your home away from home! You are required to use two (2) sets of stairs to access the suite. A security camera is located at the front door. Pets are welcome! Let us know if your furry friend is coming so that we can prepare for their arrival.
