Welcome to this unique carriage house (90sqm). Built in 1922, it has been carefully restored and converted with high-quality materials. This romantic remise is located on Potsdam villa premises featuring old fruit and walnut trees, directly at the shore of Jungfernsee. In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

Gartennutzung ist möglich. Eingang hat eigene Adress: Gerosteig no 21. On the quiet edge of Berlin, near AIRPORT BER, but 40min to Alexanderplatz, is our cozy mini-apartment in the basement with separate house entrance, kitchen and bathroom. Garden use is possible. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer ehemaligen Bäckerei im historischen Fischerkietz. Der Straßenzug erinnert mit seinen denkmalgeschützen Häusern an eine Dorfstraße aus der Jahrhundertwende. Die Schlossinsel wie auch die Altstadt mit allen Annehmlichkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar. Im Sommer kann man im Flußbad oder im Müggelsee schwimmen. Der Flughafen BER ist in 45 min mit Bus (162/164) und S-Bahn (45/9) erreichbar. Wer Städtetrip und Entspannung verbinden möchte, ist hier genau richtig.

It also has large cabinet space, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and coffee machine, dining table. It can accommodate up to 3 adults and one child/infant (a child up to 9 years on a sofa bed and/or an infant in an extra cot).
