Located on the South Hill in a quiet neighborhood. ✈️ 20 minutes to the airport 🏥 10 min Secret Heart Hospital 🏥 12 minutes to Deaconess Hospital 🛒 Lots of shopping and groceries within 10 minutes- Trader Joe’s, Ross, Safeway, Rosaur’s, etc. We use natural or unscented cleaning products so you don’t have to worry about being blasted with chemicals or strong smells.

Welcome to the Perry District, a centrally located neighborhood with a brewery, restaurants and coffee, groceries, parks and just a few miles to downtown Spokane. Our property is great for large groups and sleeps 14! The open kitchen with huge island is fully stocked and we have both a propane grill and a Blackstone griddle. We have multiple living room areas as well as outdoor lounge space, a game room with arcades and toys, and a theater room! Guests of all ages will enjoy the amenities.

With our river access you can spend your days swimming, fishing, Kayaking, tubing or just relaxing on our large patio while enjoying the amazing views of the river. Our home is centrally located between Spokane & Coeur d 'Alene & only 1.5 miles from parks, restaurants & bars located in the charming town of Post Falls. You will appreciate the privacy of this home and it's convenient location.

My apartment is centrally-located in the Spokane Valley. The apartment is a totally seperate space from the main house. It has its own locked entry doors. 5 mins. from the Hub Sports Center. Close to hiking, biking trails, shopping and restaurants. Beautiful lakes and ski resorts are near by. Downtown Spokane is 20 minutes west of the apartment and CDA Idaho is 25 minutes east. The bed is a queen size with a 2" memory foam pad for added comfort. I have a playpen for your little one.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. It is one whole side of a duplex located in a peaceful neighborhood of Spokane Valley. The Retreat is tucked away yet super close to hiking trails, The Spokane Valley Mall, And much more! It has a huge fully enclosed backyard for the littles and fur babies to run around in while you enjoy your coffee on the elevated patio. The guest house is a cozy, modern place perfect for a couple's stay in Spokane. In 2016, we gutted and rebuilt the 550 sq. ft. guest house and insulated it so it is very quiet inside. Kitchen is fully equipped. Large kitchen and eating area. There is access to a small backyard. There are 2 queen beds, a full bed, and 2 twins. There is a second bathroom on the main floor.
