Very beautiful villa with huge rooms, fantastic paddy fields view, very cozy. Mr.Tri also very helpful and try his best to make our stay comfortable. Location near many tourist attractions with less crowded traffic. Highly recommended place to stay.

We enjoyed our few days here. The breakfast and laundry services were much appreciated. The space offered a peaceful, traditional feel inside the city. The pool provided a refreshing start to each day. We loved our time in Yogya and this space certainly played a part.

W had a wonderful time at Ana's place. We went as a family, 6 adults and one 4 years old toddler. Felt like at home because the house has a super familiar vine. The pool was a key to be able to relax and disconnect durning our time there. I specially loved the efficiency of design of the house. It could perfectly feed up to 9 adults. We were grateful as well after seeing that they included some free goodies in the kitchen. Finally, it was great that our host was warm and supper flexible both at our arrival and leaving times. 5 stars, and definitely would repeat and recommend.

Booking untuk mudik lebaran, begitu check in langsung bilang “wah ini sih kurang booking cuma 3 hari” 😁 Jalan menuju villa sampai tiba di villa sangat bersih dan warga sekitar juga sangat ramah. Dekat dengan toko batik dan objek wisata. Tapi sayang ga ada yang bisa kita datangi karena padatnya jadwal silaturahmi lebaran. Overall saya pribadi dan keluarga senang bisa stay disini untuk persinggahan selama mudik lebaran.

Such a homey accommodation for large group. Safe neighbourhood in a residential area, close to city center. Very sufficient amenities: soap, shampoo, towels are provided. Sufficient kitchen appliances.

The villa is located near jl. kaliurang and relatively easy to find, and it quiet close to Pawon Mbah Gito one of the famous place to have delicious traditional Javanese foods. The villa is clean, have spacey family room/ dining area which is great for family rendezvous and chit chat with pool view. The rooms are clean and tidy, including its bathroom, have complete amenities.. the villa keeper Ibu Sri is very friendly & nice person... what make us happy, they prepare some refreshment & snack for welcoming us, toast for breakfast including the condiment, very heartwarming touch.. Overall, it's nice stay at Omah Ayu.. and definitely a comeback for next Jogja visit!

Villa bersih dan nyamam

We’ve loved our stay at Jiwa Laut. The people are very friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend to do the cooking class :)

The house is big, clean, safe and very comfortable, easy self check in and check out, our family feels like we are at home. Everything works fine, it's just that the AC in the front bedroom doesn't work so I have to move the fan in to the room to make it more comfortable, the rest is all OK. Pak Anton and Pak Rofi (the housekeeper) are very communicative and quick to help. The location also very good and close to the city center. Next to the house there is a small shop which is quite complete to find basic daily needs. We highly recommend the AW Simply Homestay and sure will be happy to come back and stay again when we Travelling to Jogya. Once again thank you and best wishes for you.

Tempatnya bersih, tapi water heater hanya ada di 1 toilet dalam kamar. Kolam ikan sudah tidak sebersih di foto. Sisanya sangat recommended, lokasi cukup ditengah kota, host sangat ramah.

Definitely one of three best Airbnb I have ever stayed in! Novi and Bjorn’s place is really amazing! The heritage home gave us a very homely feeling and too comfortable to go out for attractions visit! We can tell a lot of effort has been put into to the detail to make it clean and cozy. Thanks Pak Tunggal’s hospitality and also showing us around to share more about the history of this heritage home. The location easily accessible by Grab to Malioboro street in 10-15 min, walkable distance to a grocery place with eatery. I am sure I’ll come back again for my next trip to Jogja!

Saya suka tipe villa yg seperti ini, private parking, ada penjaganya, jalanan arah ke villa juga besar. Villanya bersih, ac kamarnya dingin, kolam renang bersih dan cukup utk berenang. Host helpfull sekali, fast respon dan friendly. Kekurangan: - living room konsep terbuka, jadi panas krn tidak ada ac. Ada kipas tapi ga berasa apalagi kalo siang 😅 - habis berenang becek di koridor krn design villanya (bisa minta tlg penjaga utk keringkan) - kalo hujan angin mungkin air bisa sampai masuk ke living room (lagi2 krn design villa)

I love the place as it shows exactly like the photos on the apps. place is very comfortable with not too much elegant touch. you will feel like you are actually at home. Dian who met us during check-in time was very kind as well. she explained all the important things and is very responsive when we have any question. I will book this place again for sure when I come back with my family next time

I had an amazing stay at Abimanyu Surya's House Godean! The house is spotlessly clean, cozy, and feels just like home. The amenities provided are top-notch, from kitchen utensils to a rice cooker, fridge, linens, fast wifi, and a smart TV. Everything is just perfect, making my stay extremely comfortable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-equipped place to stay in Godean. Thanks

very friendly host, very helpful and nice, always available, he has been kind to us all the way through and understanding, mentioned that if we need anything to let him know and that he would provide it for us, offered us to go out for food and get to see the place, try out different foods and see what the place is like in general, the house is very very beautiful and cozy, after we had to check out we wanted to come back and stay there some more time, will be coming back here on the next trip for sure :D
