We spent the last week at this spectacular home just outside Moab. It was close to town but quiet and so peaceful. The host was extremely responsive, the home was clean and we had no issues during our stay. Absolutely recommend this home and home to come back for another visit.

This house is lovely , perfect for our family with a two yr old. Fenced in yard was so nice to have as was the playground at the entrance to the complex . One thing that stood out was how well labeled this house was . So easy to turn on the correct light , and find the pots and pans . I would totally stay here again

Was looking for an adventure -something off the grid. My daughter and I stayed at the main house and it was everything we could ask for. Peace and quiet- surreal landscapes, and a unique home! All the scenery you can find around Moab are right in your backyard. Hiking ridge lines and boulder navigating right outside the door! Amazing stay and wonderful host! The drive to Tom’s place is provably one of the most scenic, epic drives I have done. I will be back!

Jim's place was perfect. It was clean and felt like coming home. He was a responsive, kind and very thoughtful host who communicated effectively. The house's layout was open, spacious and had all that we would need to be beyond comfortable. The yard was spectacular and created a serene and expansive experience, making you feel alone and able to take in nature. Having the jacuzzi to unwind in or wake up with a coffee at sunrise was magical. We visit Moab every month or so and will make this the priority space we stay in if Jim's availability allows. The only issue we had was not wanting to leave!!

Really enjoyed how quiet and secluded this neighborhood is. Windows opened at night and so peaceful. Awaken to the turkeys! Solid social kitchen for big meals. Well stocked with pots and dishes. Hot tub was functional. Nice garage space. Overall solid Moab basecamp

Absolutely loved the place would definitely stay again!

I would definitely stay here again and look for their other Airbnbs in Park City, UT and Jackson, WY. More than just meeting the basics, like cleanliness, home upkeep, delivering on promised amenities etc, these hosts go above by thinking about what their guests will NEED in Moab. For example, lunch coolers, sandwich bags, pool towels, a muscle MASSAGER lol! Really just a great place to stay and the private hot tub was the icing on the cake.

Chelsey was SUCH a great host!!! My favorite campsite is one that cannot be reserved in advance and is first come first serve. So she went and dropped off the camper at our favorite spot before we arrived. She was so responsive! I had a couple of questions since I had never used a camper before, and she was so kind and helpful in answering my questions about everything. I was so excited to try out camping in a camper for the first time ever, and this was such an ideal way to try it out. I didn’t have to haul the camper or anything - it just showed up like magic to our campsite for us to use it. This is such a great way to do camping if you don’t want to sleep in a tent but don’t want to buy a camper of your own. Thanks for being such a wonderful host!

Daniel was a great host who proactively reached out to see if we needed anything. The condo was spacious and cozy. We enjoyed the comfy living room couch and beds. Close to Arches park and lots of restaurants in a 5-10 minute drive. Great view from the balcony to the beautiful rock formations. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

Kent's place is located outside of main Moab but close enough for a quick drive to restaurants and stores. The open floor plan of his place made it comfortable for our family. The heated pool was enjoyed, even in the cold weather. The place was clean and kitchen fairly well-stocked. We will stay here again when visiting Moab.

Perfect place to stay for our visit to Arches and Canyonlands. Clean and spacious and comfortable!

Kristen's townhome was a great base for our mountain biking trip. The garage with bike rack was great for storing the bikes at the end of each day. The property was comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet. It's close enough to town, about a 5 minute drive to the south end of restaurants. The views are great and the courtyard patio is the perfect spot to chill in the shade.

We stayed at Patrick's and Angie's place for a week getaway in Moab. Their home was spacious and perfect for what we needed. We especially loved the private fenced in backyard and panoramic views. The location is about 10 minutes south of town, which was very convenient and just far enough away to feel very quiet and peaceful. Check in was very straightforward with great communication from the host. The amenities such as grill, washer and dryer and great TV selections made it feel like we were at home.

Fantastic stay! Great location, great pool, great hosts. Would highly recommend.

Richard's condo exceeded my expectations. The rental was very clean. Decorated like a home not like a rental property. The living room has a beautiful gas fireplace that I used nightly as the Moab nights can be cool. This was my third year in a row renting from Richard. I have been in quite a few of the neighboring rentals all of which would have cost me less but none of the provide the value of this condo. As a host Richard could not be more responsive: he text me to let me know the condo was available earlier than expected and checked occasionally via text to make sure I was happy and satisfied.The location is far enough away from the main highway so that one does not hear traffic. This is an end unit so it is very quiet. Highly recommend!

3rd time at the gathering place, it's nice to see the new construction and improvements to the place!

We stayed here a few years ago and found our memory of how great it was to still be accurate! Perfect place for our family with everything we needed and more. The hot tub under a dark sky is unbeatable. Such a cool place.

If you’re hesitant just book it! The stars feel like cgi. Tent wasn’t cold at all, they provide a propane heater and many blankets. The WiFi was very fast. All the staff were very friendly and flexible. The drive is not that bad, it’s an unpaved dirt road but nothing crazy overall pretty flat. I would be comfortable taking a sedan there but only during the day so you get a good view of the road cause there are certain dips.

We enjoyed our stay at the cabin very much. The home was as described. Rustic, remote, peaceful, and private, but well appointed and very comfortable. This is a great choice for adventurous spirits visiting Moab for outdoor activities but wish to be far away from town. John is an excellent communicator, responsive to all messages immediately, and he really seems invested in sharing his love for the area with others. He accommodated our one big ask, and our dogs enjoyed their stay as well. Their favorite part of our Moab vacation was a daily long walk along the lane to the cabin and Sand Flats road in search of rabbits, deer, and turkeys. Please read the description of the cabin and surf his website for the rental if unfamiliar with the area, particularly to the description of the drive into the property. Sand Flats road is a beautiful drive up and down to the cabin, and every trip added more to our adventure, but it’s a steep gravel road up a canyon rim. We will stay again!

Phenomenal rental for a weekend in Moab. Master bedroom is huge with a big bathroom as well. Lots of space. Quiet neighborhood
