Really great place with perfect evening views. Loved the hot tub every night after our days of visiting the National Parks. Beds were comfortable and home was clean. Would definitely go back and recommend to others. Thanks.

We had a nice stay at Kristin’s place. Very comfortable and appreciated having a garage with an opener for our car. Everything was great!

The condo hosted by Melissa was perfect for our guys trip of 5 for some mountain biking. With access to bikes the condo is in a good location to downtown. Melissa was a great host. She helped get our bags dropped in the garage ahead of check-in so we could go ride. We only cooked breakfast in the condo, but the kitchen seemed to everything needed for cooking more meals. We would stay here again on future trips.

The Inn was perfect for our stay in Moab. So close to all the parks and walkable to Main Street shops and restaurants. The hot tub was a life saver after several days of long hikes. The amenities provided were much appreciated. Highly recommend!

Great spot close to downtown area. The home had all the amenities and some extra touches with the water bottle and chocolate by the bed was thoughtful. We did reach out to the hosts a couple of times and they responded in a timely manner and provided a resolution.

House was very nice and host was awesome! We had an issue with the hot tub and as soon as we reached out to her, she was able to get the repair people out and have it fixed and up and running within the day. House was clean and just like described. Very nice area. Neighbors were quit and never even heard them. Wonderful experience! Will come back!

A great place to stay definitely coming back!

This was great for us. At 75 this is our first Airbnb type experience, and it went terrifically. It was a three generation Spring Break that provided everything that each age group could enjoy. The unit was in town, walkable, quite but within striking distance of activities and great outdoor beauty for all ages. On top of that the weather was perfect. The unit had everything we needed to just show up and enjoy our trip. The laundry facilities had supplies provided and the kitchen was well equipped. Double Down Bike Shop rental provider just five doors away. Wi-Fi was great handling 6 heavy users and plenty of charger locations. Communication was easy and responsive. Great host, great location. and great facilities!

Was looking for an adventure -something off the grid. My daughter and I stayed at the main house and it was everything we could ask for. Peace and quiet- surreal landscapes, and a unique home! All the scenery you can find around Moab are right in your backyard. Hiking ridge lines and boulder navigating right outside the door! Amazing stay and wonderful host! The drive to Tom’s place is provably one of the most scenic, epic drives I have done. I will be back!

Daniel was a great host who proactively reached out to see if we needed anything. The condo was spacious and cozy. We enjoyed the comfy living room couch and beds. Close to Arches park and lots of restaurants in a 5-10 minute drive. Great view from the balcony to the beautiful rock formations. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

This condo was very clean and well-appointed. It was very comfortable and a pleasure staying here. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a nice place to stay.

This was such a good find! Especially people traveling from far away - it was so nice to have everything ready for us when we arrived at our campsite!

Was a great base for our groups off-road adventures. Kitchen and grill were great. All the beds were comfortable. Had no complaints from anyone. Parking is great for 6 rigs. Will definitely try to use it again on our annual Moab trip.

This place is awesome. It's quiet, and peaceful but also a short walkable distance to downtown Moab. The photos accurately describe the house, extra amenities are always nice to have, and this home is stocked with a lot of them. There is plenty of parking, and a great outside space. We hope to get this place again next April for our annual trip.

Richard's condo exceeded my expectations. The rental was very clean. Decorated like a home not like a rental property. The living room has a beautiful gas fireplace that I used nightly as the Moab nights can be cool. This was my third year in a row renting from Richard. I have been in quite a few of the neighboring rentals all of which would have cost me less but none of the provide the value of this condo. As a host Richard could not be more responsive: he text me to let me know the condo was available earlier than expected and checked occasionally via text to make sure I was happy and satisfied.The location is far enough away from the main highway so that one does not hear traffic. This is an end unit so it is very quiet. Highly recommend!

Matt’s place is spacious and clean, master bathroom is huge. The house is well stocked with laundry detergent pods, dishwasher pods and other essentials making the stay just like home. WiFi speed is fast, tested it and was above 400 mps. We really enjoyed the connivence of having a large garage. Matt is a great host, easy to communicate and quick to respond messages. We love the stay and definitely will choose Matt’s place again when visiting Moab in the future.

Carol was a great host and very helpful host. We felt like the place was comfortable and worked great for us.

Dale and Jo-Anne made sure that everything was perfect for our stay. They provided recommendations for places to visit and were available to provide additional help. Their home was clean, and the kitchen was well stocked with kitchenware which allowed us to cook during our stay. The location was good since it is close to town to go out and eat/buy groceries, etc. I would recommend their place without hesitation based on our flawless experience. Hope to go back to Moab in the future and stay here again.

It was a large place and was able to squeeze a good amount of people in with enough privacy. We only stayed one night, but we had a good time. Check in and check out was easy.

Perfect size for our party of 6 adults. They even had 2 cots available if needed. We did run out of TP. We were given one extra roll per bathroom for 3 days. You have to supply your own if you run out. Place was comfortable. It was nice that the dining room table can extend to seat all 6 of us. Overall a great stay with a great cancellation policy which we needed.

We had a great stay here! The neighborhood is quiet, easy access to downtown Moab and all the trails, the place itself was clean, homey, and well-stocked. We would stay here again!
