Província do Sul: aluguel por temporada de chalés

We had a fantastic holiday at the chalet. We were received our first day with a lovely greeting and meal and I noticed right away how clean the chalet was. The location is great, lots of cool little restaurants within a few minutes on tuk tuk. I would recommend Crust for dinner and Cactus for breakfast. Amazing food and views. We spent most of our beach days in Weligama, which is about 10 min ride on a tuk tuk. Sonali was very responsive to our needs and wishes. The staff at the chalet were helpful and charming. Would recommend, especially nice with a family and kids.

Saman’s place is the perfect location to unwind and enjoy the surrounding scenic beauty. The small house is generously equipped and is beautiful, comfortable, and clean. Saman is extremely communicative and helpful in arranging activities and transportation. The food offered at Saman’s was incredible, everything was home cooked, village-style Sri Lankan food. What a treat to have such authentic meals! Finally, the grounds and gardens are immaculate and border the bird sanctuary, which has an abundance of beautiful birds for viewing right from your front door.

Sanju and her family were perfect hosts and I can't praise their hospitality enough. Their little cabin is the perfect place to stay during your exploration of Yala. The wildlife in the park is dazzling, but so is the beauty of Sanju's little spot. We fell asleep to the sound of waves and woke to peacocks crying. Sanju's mom cooked us absolutely sumptuous meals and gave us lovely ayurvedic massages. Highly recommend.

We hebben een fijne tijd gehad bij Sandaru. Midden in het regenwoud omgeven door de geluiden uit de natuur. Sandaru en alle medewerkers zijn ontzettend vriendelijk, behulpzaam en respectvol. We voelde ons erg welkom. Het zwembad zorgt voor een heerlijke verkoeling na een wandeltocht door het regenwoud. Verwacht geen luxe in het regenwoud. Het is een pure beleving met alle basis behoeften. Er is een bed met klamboe, douche (lauw water), toilet, kastje en een stopcontact. In de avond zit je gezellig in het restaurant gedeelte. Vanuit hier spot je apen, grote eekhoorns en verschillende prachtige vogels. Het eten is het beste wat we tot nu toe hebben gehad in Sri Lanka, hele grote porties en ontzettend betaalbaar. Houdt er rekening mee dat er bloedzuigers, spinnen en kakkerlakken aanwezig kunnen zijn in/rondom het huisje.

Environnement incroyable. La vue époustouflante depuis la terrasse. Helper aux petits soins et sympathique.. plantations accessibles à pied depuis la maison en autonomie, baignade dans une rivière sauvage juste à côté pour les petits aventuriers… on a adoré !!

Отличное место, чтобы побыть в легких джунглях не уезжая далеко от города. Хозяин был приветлив и помог во всем, что нам требовалось. Жилье было чистым, бассейн чистили каждый день. Вокруг виллы много животных и растений, в том числе не большая чайная плантация. Отдельная благодарность сотруднику виллы, он самый добрый и услужливый человек из всех с кем я общался на Шри-Ланке!

Aziz and his family were extremely hospitable, making the stay great and memorable. Aziz was very good at communicating before check in and his family were very generous in suggestions about activities and transport options in the area. The accommodation is very well located right within the fort. Very happy to recommend this place.

Wir hatten das Glück, bei Damith in seiner idyllischen Blockhütte zu übernachten – eine wunderbare Erfahrung. Der Ort ist perfekt zum Entspannen inmitten der Natur. Damith war unglaublich freundlich und zuvorkommend. Jeden Morgen bereitete er uns ein köstliches Frühstück zu, und zu einem Geburtstag organisierte er ein festliches Abendessen samt liebevoller Dekoration. Ein besonderes Highlight war, dass wir in seinem Garten einen Baum pflanzen durften. Der große Garten bietet viel Platz, und Hund Romi sowie die Enten Black & White machten den Aufenthalt noch besonderer. Damith unterstützte uns beim Mieten eines Scooters und beim Geldwechsel. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gab es in der Nähe. Die Anreise mit dem lokalen Bus war unkompliziert, von der Busstation zur Villa Ovita sind es nur 700 Meter. Ob zum Arbeiten mit stabilem Internet oder zum Entspannen – wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Herzlichen Dank lieber Damith.
