Folding doors lead onto an expansive pool deck with sun loungers and a gas barbecue all for the exclusive use of the apartment guests. There is a full kitchenette with oven, hob, microwave, fridge and freezer, an en suite bathroom, lounge area with a large flat panel TV and an open-plan dining area. The apartment is serviced daily except for Sundays and public holidays. We have solar and battery power so are not affected by power outages. This is a unique "cabin in the woods" tree house style home nestled high up on a property making up part of the Table Mountain Reserve, overlooking the world heritage site "Orange Kloof" effectively the back of the Table Mountain reserve Despite its apparent remoteness, it lies just 7 min from Houtbay central district and 12 minutes from Constantia shopping centre. Home has immediate access to walking trails and Vlakenberg hiking trail. All bedrooms have stunning views onto mountain ranges.

A small coastal cottage roughly 5 min drive outside the harbour town of Saldanha. The cottage is private but connects to the side of our home. It is literally on the ocean with spectacular views of the bay and harbour boasting 3km of sandy beach, stretching in either direction. The bedrooms are north facing, catching mid day sun. The cottage falls with in a small private home owners estate, is secure and quaint and is perfect for those wanting to spend their days lazing on the beach.

Clarens Villa Apartment

This unique place has a style all its own. One bedroom en-suite apartment joined to a main house with self catering facilities. The living area is heated by a wood burning fire place and the bedroom en-suite has an air conditioner. Braai facilities on site as well as a Smart TV with DSTV and WiFi. Two to three kms from the centre of town, on a mountain side. It is the bottom level of a three storey house but completely private and not affected by loadshedding.
