South Zealand: aluguel por temporada de acomodações na orla

Ich war mit meinem Sohn ein paar Tage auf Fehmarn. Bei Ankunft hatten wir ein kleines Mückenproblem in der Wohnung...Maria war sofort erreichbar, hat alle Mücken entfernt, ein Fliegengitter angebracht und noch was Süßes als Entschädigung da gelassen! Das nenne ich mal ein Service! Sie war auch jederzeit erreichbar, als ich Fragen hatte. Das Appartement ist klein aber fein! Alles war vorhanden und es war sauber! Es ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet! Von außen sehen die Wohnblöcke nicht wirklich ansprechend aus. Aber dafür ist es drinnen wunderschön! Die Lage zum Süd Strand ist nicht zu toppen! 2 min ums Eck! Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt und wir kommen gerne wieder!

Jens is a great host and his place is exactly what we expected after seeing the photos. The flat is very accessible to the city via public transportation and accessible to the airport. We rented bikes not far from the flat and used these to get around, as well. There are several restaurants in the neighborhood that were nice to visit. The flat is away from the city activity but accessible thus making the flat very much a nice place to retreat to after a day of fun.

Great location. Cool apartment. Wonderful host. 5 star stay. We has a great stay here. 3 of us had plenty of space with the 2 bedrooms. Located in a newer part of Copenhagen with lots of canals, this mostly residential neighborhood has a very unique atmosphere. Very quite and not much traffic. Plus, very close to a nice park which is ideal for running and easy access to the water. The apartment is wonderfully hygge decorated and has everything you need for a longer stay. Sun rises on the balcony, so it's a nice way to start the morning. Didn't use the rooftop terrace much, but it would be nice in summer. The host left us tea and coffee for our late night arrival and was super responsive to any questions. Finding the lockbox for self check-in can be a little challenging, so make sure to ask for detailed instructions. Very happy with our stay. Would stay again if we return.

We loved this place! It was plenty roomy for our family of 3 with lots of comfortable places to relax. The beds were by far the best we’ve experienced in an AirBnB. The neighborhood is beautiful and, while very busy, quieted down by 22:00 or 23:00 every night, so we could sleep just fine. It was a very quick walk to the nearest Metro, bus stops, public ferry and tour boats- everything was so handy! The host was very responsive and even popped by to replace the router when it died! We highly recommend staying here!

Phillip's apartment was a near-perfect home base for our Copenhagen adventures. There's water on two sides and several windows to enjoy the fabulous views. It's a short stroll to stunning parks and waterways and the iconic Little Mermaid. The bed was super comfy and we had everything we needed (w/d; kitchen; free parking; elevator; excellent location, etc.). There were lots of unique lamps and fixtures and bookshelves with interesting books and a balcony (though it was too cramped to really relax and enjoy). Phillip is delightful and open, and he and his co-host communicated smoothly, respectfully, and with care. They shared lots of recommendations and offered us helpful information. We'd rate communication with them with 10 stars. I will express my disappointment in the lack of cleanliness of the apartment. That was the only downside to our experience. Don't guests pay a cleaning fee?? (Did we??!) All in all, however, we'd stay at Phillip's lovely apartment in a heartbeat!!

We had a great four night stay in this apartment. The building was easy to get to with our rental car and the apartment was spacious. We travelled back and forth to central Copenhagen several times using the subway system - it is fast, frequent, and easy to use. The several nearby grocery stores are also convenient.

Kosy and quiet location, the host was very friendly and everything was as expected.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare, ruhige Zeit. Das Haus ist sehr heimelig und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts. Der Ausblick ist grandios und abends zum Sonnenuntergang hat man den kleinen Strand in der Nähe wirklich für sich allein.

Again and again, our 3rd trip of many more to come. Fejø becomes a home away from home all thanks to the incredible hospitality of Kate & Nils Erik (from whom we found out he did most of the construction of the house himself). This place will cover you with small little details and an enormous amount of comfort & space. It feels like a new friendship has started and we are very grateful for that. This place is a hidden gem if you live for serene quietness and privacy! We can only but hardly recommend it to for a vacation. Thank You!

Unser zweiter Aufenthalt in diesem tollen Haus war wieder wunderbar. Es ist alles da, was man braucht, und wir fühlen uns mit unseren beiden Hunden wie zu Hause. Die Hunde hatten ein tolles Grundstück zum toben. Es ist zwar nicht umzäunt, aber durch die Lage konnte man die Hunde auch gut im Garten laufen lassen. Das Haus liegt wirklich sehr privat und näher am Strand geht es nicht. Wir haben die tollen Sonnenauf- und untergänge und die verschiedenen Wetterlagen und vor allem auch das Beobachten der Vögel sehr genossen. Wir haben uns sehr über die neue Klimaanlage beziehungsweise Wärmepumpe gefreut. Als wir ankamen, war das Haus sehr kalt, und schon nach 20 Minuten war es angenehm warm. Wir kommen bestimmt noch öfter wieder.

Sommerhuset lå lige ud til vandet i et hyggeligt lille kvarter. Der var stille smukt og roligt. Huset var i god stand og perfekt til at slappe af i og komme ned i gear. Dejligt sted.

Wir durften eine Woche in diesem tollen Haus verbringen! Gemeinsam mit unserem kleinen Sohn konnten wir die Zeit sehr genießen. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und perfekt, wenn man mit Kindern reist. Ida war sehr freundlich und antwortete auf Fragen direkt. Vielen lieben Dank für die schöne Zeit!

Ein sehr schönes Haus. Ruhig gelegen und perfekt auf 8-9 Personen abgepasst. Man kann von der Terrasse ins Wasser und auch der kleine Hafen in der Nähe ist einen Besuch wert.

I stayed four nights in Vib‘s and Anders‘ summerhouse and it was truly beautiful and peaceful. There is a special atmosphere about the place, the design of the house is remarkable and I loved especially the big windows and the light. The house is surrounded by fields and is located 3min walking distance from the waterfront - so aside from a couple of ornithologists there were no people around. Just know that you need a car to get to the next supermarket/bakery etc. Communication with the hosts was super easy - and it was especially nice to also meet Vib and Anders. Thank you for sharing your place - I would love to come again!

Die Unterkunft war ruhig, kuschelig und genau so charmant, wie auf den Bildern versprochen. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Eine kleine, wunderbare Auszeit, die uns sehr gutgetan hat.“

We stayed at Preben’s place for a week over Easter — me, my wife, our child, and our infant. It was very easy and quick to reach the apartment from the airport using the metro. The apartment had everything we needed to feel right at home, and the location was fantastic.

Het was de derde keer dat we hier verbleven en we voelen ons hier echt thuis. Heel netjes appartement, met alle voorzieningen om zelf eten klaar te maken; Prachtige terrassen en ondanks de nabijheid van alle voorzieningen in de buurt toch heel rustige atmosfeer. Een echte aanrader.

Apartament położony w nowoczesnej części miasta - z piękną architekturą- widok z okien na wodę dodatkowym atutem . Mieszkanie przestronne , widne - z wszystkimi udogodnieniami. Blisko do sklepu , w pobliżu piekarnia i restauracja . Spokój i przestrzeń . Łatwy dojazd do centrum . Dobra komunikacja z gospodarzem . Polecam !!!

属于比较高端的社区，非常不错！出行方便，室内走楼梯，带老人和特别小孩就不是很合适。

Très bon accueil, logement confortable et spacieux, lumineux. Dommage que les toilettes soient dans la salle de bain. Endroit calme et agréable. Nous avons été très surpris de constater que les bureaux qui sont en face restent toujours allumés, même le week-end. On le louerait sans problème lors d'un prochain séjour.

The flat was clean comfortable, well equipped and brilliantly situated. Claus made a special effort to accommodate our needs, regarding the check in, and we really appreciated that.
