Nicely furnished 3 bedroom 2 full bathroom house tucked away in the dunes on Surfside Vilano Beach . 3 miles from downtown St Augustine, a half mile from Publix .The deck wraps around half the house, pretty fantastic ocean views, sunrise and river side sunsets. Each bedroom has a smart tv with Internet and a very comfortable Queen or King size bed. TPC Sawgrass is a 20 minute drive north , Daytona International Speedway 70 minutes south , 2 hours to Orlando and Busch Gardens.

The Castle Cottage

Tucked away in the trees of Vilano Beach is a little known magical hideaway, the Castle Cottage. This cottage was hand-crafted by a master carpenter in the 80s and displays beautiful woodwork throughout. This perfect getaway location allows you to be free from the crowds but still within five miles of downtown St. Augustine. It is located within a half mile of three popular local restaurants and only steps to the beach! It also features a magnificent view of the nearby Castle Otttis.

Private floating dock with tidal access to the IWC. Very private island with 6 residences. The 10 acre island is surrounded by rivers, marsh flats and fresh water ponds. Boat/Kayak to the National Reserve and walk the trails to S. Ponte Vedra Beach.

This renovated 3-story home is nearly 3,000 sq ft with breathtaking views and sleeps 15. *Min. age of renter is 25 yrs. *Max occupancy is strictly enforced. Per county regulation, this house can accommodate 10 "occupants," excluding children 12 yrs of age or under. *A signed rental agreement and photo ID are required to finalize reservation. *Ordinances state we must rent to families. No parties.

The house was build in the 70s and has a fantastic beach flair. It’s our vacation spot and it’s renovated the way we love it. This place creates amazing memories. It has 4 bedrooms: -Master with King bed -Bedroom with Queen bed -Bedroom with King bed -Bedroom with 2 single beds Our house has excellent backyard with expansive grass at the same level as the beach (no decks or stairs). I frequently grill and do a quick dip in the ocean between the flips.

Tucked away off the main road, in Vilano Beach, this peaceful retreat is across the street from the beach, not beachfront. Enjoy privacy and beauty. Beach access, 2 min walk across coastal highway. Bring a hammock to hang out in our yard under the tree. Don’t have one? We can provide one. Need to work? There is a separate area to focus on what you need. In addition to the ocean across the street, we are a few blocks from amazing sunsets on the river.
