i was looking for a unit that has fast internet and reliable bcoz my daughter has online class. and i found a good reviews about benjo’s place. And i was not disappointed. Benjo was very accomodating and responsive. He made sure that we will have a comfortable stay in his place. ❤️

I've stayed in a lot of units in Pico, and this one by far has the best balcony! Breezy and cool, even in March at 12 noon. It's a bit above the level of the trees, so you see and hear the birds chirping away. Definitely the best way to spend a lazy weekend. If you prefer to be indoors, the master's bedroom has an equally breathtaking view as well! Baron is a great host, responds within minutes. He is hands on and was quick to address a problem that arose. Would definitely book his place again.

We enjoyed our stay here and will surely book it again. The room is so good that gives hotel feels-smells fresh and clean, provided with everything except foods and water to drink 😀 Media entertainment was time consuming like time pass easily and wake up-oh! its to check out. Meaning...we get so comfortable with the place. Overall, this place is best for family or barkada outing! You no longer need to bring anything cos everything is in the condo already! We even left some of our condiments to so other users can use it as well in the future. The room is so cold, a lot of fans, netflix, the good sound from speakers, to kitchenwares, everything - perfection! +1000 for the massage chair that my friends enjoyed! Thanks to Julia for being accomodating! Will definitely recommend this to everyone.

we had a great stay in Jun's place. very homy and aesthetic. my kids love the loft bed with their own tv. I love that they have many open shelves to put our clothes and wardrobe to hang our dresses. I like how it was designed, its very me. they also have comfortable beds and pillows that hugs me to sleep. As a host, it was realy my taste. Its like staying in my unit. Complete amd comfortable with the very basic needs.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Marlon's condominium! The unit was spotless and beautifully maintaine, the clean, modern aesthetic immediately caught our eye and made us feel right at home. It’s clearly been thoughtfully designed, both stylish and cozy. As a couple traveling with a pet, we were so pleased to find the unit pet-friendly. It made our stay stress-free and complete. One of the best parts was sipping coffee on the balcony while enjoying the breathtaking mountain views, absolutely stunning and so peaceful. The concierge and security team were also incredibly friendly and accommodating, always greeting us with a smile and ready to help with anything we needed. Marlon’s place is perfect for couples looking for a relaxing, picturesque escape. Highly recommended

Smooth and hassle-free check-in. The unit is clean, well-organized, and although it’s a small condo, every piece of furniture is thoughtfully placed, making the space feel cozy and neat. The pool area is impressively large, with sections for both kids and adults. Our kiddos had a blast, especially during the night swimming. Overall, a great stay—perfect for a quick getaway or family bonding. Would definitely recommend and book again!

Tive uma experiência incrível ao me hospedar com o Jerry. Anfitrião educado gentil, prestativo e ainda me presenteou no key aniversário. Fez questão de deixar um copo com a bandeira do meu país 🇧🇷. O prédio possui uma ótima infraestrutura, um supermercado muito bom e diversos restaurantes. Se você estiver em Cebu City, esse é o melhor local custo benefício para se hospedar! This was absolutely a great find. Highly accessible for transportation. Easiest check in to date. Swift and thoughtful responses from the Host. They were very flexible when I needed to extend via the app.

I had an amazing time staying at Tito's place! The space was exactly as described, clean, cozy, and very well-maintained. Tito was a fantastic host—friendly, responsive, and always available to help with any questions or recommendations. The location was perfect, with everything I needed just a short walk away. I particularly enjoyed the thoughtful touches throughout the space, which made it feel like a true home away from home. Highly recommend staying here and would love to return in the future!

Mr Gabriel is very responsive to all queries, he is very friendly and very helpful, The room and building was very clean and everybody in the building was friendly even all the gate guards, highly recommned.

Felt right at home

Unit is situated on just the 2nd floor - a unique location with a pool view from the balcony. Serene surroundings of Tower 4, very courteous staff at the building entrance. Editha was a discerning host - always responsive and quick to resolve any issues I could be faced with. Editha was extremely courteous and attentive to every feedback I had provided. Just a 5 minute walk to SM Southmall entrance - the convenience of everything within reach elevated the experience of my stay here. Would recommend this listing for anyone planning longer stays. I would definitely consider planning my next stay in this very unit on my next visit. Thank you very much Editha 😊

We stayed here for 7 days and I can say that it was worth it. The room’s clean and we were able to swim sa pool sa 1st floor. Malapit lng din sa mga restaurants and may 7/11 na din.

This accommodation was one of the best we have ever had through Airbnb. The whole MIDA resort is amazing and we honestly spent the whole 4 days by the pool in the resort and relaxing. There are several restaurants, bars and cafes in the resort, so we had everything at hand. The host Oleg is very hospitable and the small gift at the end of our stay only enhanced the positive impression.
