South Beach, Miami Beach: aluguel por temporada com acesso a lago

Nous revenons de 6 semaines passées dans la maison de North. Ça été juste du bonheur. La maison est belle,propre tout y est et identique aux photos présentées assez spacieuse pour accueillir la famille et les amis. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la piscine chauffée et le bel extérieur tout équipée barbq,frigo etc avec vue sur le canal c’est un plus. Le coin est tranquille et très sécuritaire. Très bons et gentils voisins prêt à aider. Et que dire de North, un hôte parfait à l’écoute de ses invités Nous avions toujours une réponse à nos demande dans l’heure qui suivait. Le micro-ondes a brisé le lendemain un neuf nous attendait sur le pas de la porte. Trop clair dans la chambre Dans l’heure qui suivait un rideau a été installé. North a su rendre notre séjour mémorable avec sa gentillesse et ses bons conseils. Nous y reviendrons sans hésiter. Merci North

The home is beautiful & spacious with a beautiful pool! The location is perfect. Viktoriia is very responsive & helpful! I’d certainly book with her again.

I stayed at Jonna's place with my wife, two daughters and sun in law for four nights and had a wonderful time. The house is spotless in every corner, fully equipped kitchen with all utensils and basic supplies which was a great help upon our arrival at night. Instructions to get to the house, entry codes, wi-fi codes, etc. where very clear and made everything easier. House location is great, in a quite and safe area, away from the crowds but close enough to restaurants and the coast line. It offers easy access with less traffic to Aventura Mall, Hard Rock Stadium or Sawgrass Mall. Pond behind the patio area is great and provides a sense of relaxation, specially in the afternoons where you can enjoy beautiful sunsets in a direct line from the yard. In conclusion, I would definitely recommend this option if you want to have a pleasant stay near Miami or Ft. Lauderdale.

Romy’s house was an absolute dream! We spent 14 wonderful days here and truly enjoyed all the amazing amenities the house has to offer. Everything—from check-in to check-out—went perfectly smoothly, and Romy was the best host ever! He responded quickly to messages, helped out right away whenever we had a question, and we even had the pleasure of meeting him in person when he kindly brought something over to us. We would book this house again in a heartbeat—and Romy as a host, absolutely without question! Thank you so much again for everything!

It was fine. Lots of rules on noise. The previous tenant left dirty pan in oven. Otherwise clean. Pool was nice. Could use a vacuum after overnight trees

We had a group of 8 guys stay here and everyone got their own bed. Very clean and comfortable. The hosts would quickly respond and were very helpful. Highly recommend this place!

We arrived for four nights with our three children, the house is simply perfect, a truly dream vacation, a magical lake, a clean and pleasant pool, an exceptionally clean house, there is simply everything there, Beatrice is wonderful and takes care of everything, we will definitely come back again, highly recommend!

It was our first vacation in Miami and Gian’s house made it most memorable and enjoyable. He is an amazing and warm host, very responsive and helpful. I would go back to his house every time we are in Miami.

Miriam was amazing from the moment we booked months prior to our trip. Thankfully, we did not experience any issues throughout our visit that required us to reach out to her, however, she did allow us to push our check-out time significantly without an additional fee which was highly appreciative. As for the resort, I’d say to just be prepared for the additional resort fees and parking fees per day. Also, the elevators were a bit troublesome due to one of the 4 being down, so there were pretty decent wait times. Aside from that, everything was great! I would absolutely book again and I highly recommend. Thank you, Miriam!

Chloe was amazing since the beginning of my reservation. Her place had everything that me and my family needed. I super recommend her airbnb and would love to back in another opportunity in Miami.

Val's apartment is exactlh is described. Area is very calm and just residential, but grocery store and restaurants 10-20 minutes walk away. Place is really small, but we knew that and it was fine for family of 4. Has everything you need like little portable stove, fridge, washing machine by request.Clean. Valerie was always in touch and very responsive.Parking is free, which is a big plus. Beach is 5 min away driving, not walkable distance, so you do need a car. We rented on off airport location. Uber about $35 from Miami airport. Checking in is very easy by code. WiFi and AC work well. Very good experience overall, thank you, Val!

Great place. Great stay. Everything you need. Communication between owner and property manager was a little confusing but host was let us leave our bags in the apt before it was finished being cleaned (and it was ready before expected). Check out was easy and we were able to get a late check out. Building was very busy. Elevators were a bit slow. But all in all a great stay - would stay again!

The views of both the ocean and the city with bay was really nice. Great place for people watching. There was mention of construction but it was on the other side so I never heard it. It was peaceful and relaxing. And I love that the balcony doesn’t have to deal with the hot direct sun but has good shade throughout the day.

Apartamento impecável, limpo, moveis e utensílios em perfeito estado, exatamente como a foto! Excelente localização, de frente a praia. Comunicacao excelente. O apto é lindo, voltarei com certeza!
