From the moment we checked in it was a great experience. The building was clean and felt secure with consistent security on premise and added security with wristband access to go to correct floor. The beach service was great as well. All of the employees were fantastic. The unit was spotless and the views were breath taking. I would stay again in this unit again in a heartbeat.

Best investment I made in a trip includes having a kitchen, bedroom -2 queen side beds, walking distance to a private beach catering to the condos residence . In addition, they provided kitchen essentials, beach essentials which are umbrella , chairs and children essentials which include a playpen, car seat. Definitely renting again

My boyfriend and I are locals and we wanted a place to stay and watch the sunrise by the beach. Experience was perfect for us, location is walking distance to the beach, apartment looked exactly like in the pictures, bed was super comfy and location overall was in a perfect spot for parking. Definitely 10/10, we will be booking this apartment again and officially stared as a favorite.

I stayed at Jeff's place with 4 of my cousins, so 5 girls in the house. We were anticipating a trip just to hang out at a beach for a couple of days and this was a great place to do that. It was a great stay, we were close to the beach. Jeff had beach chairs ready for us and a wagon to pull them to the beach. It was like a half a block walk to the boardwalk and beach. We spent a lot of time walking the boardwalk, checking out the shops and eateries and enjoyed the beautiful sandy beach. Their is a nice bottom deck and top deck which we enjoyed coffee out there in the morning and playing cards later at night. We would definitely come back here or recommend this place. Jeff was very easy to reach out to and responded to texts very well. He even called us the morning we were checking out to make sure everything was OK. NOTE: There are towels in the bathrooms, but no wash cloths and no dish cloths (there is a sponge) and no dish towel. So next time I would pack each of those.

The place is good to stay for a few days, location is walkable, many restaurant near by.

Beautiful place, perfectly clean and spacious. Waterfall and view of the lake, basketball court and barbecue area were very suitable for us to receive guests in the evening. There is a private beach. Landscape, and very romantic. Very comfortable beds. We are simply delighted. Thank you for the wonderful reception. Thanks allot ❤️❤️❤️☀️

We cannot wait to return to south beach. Everyone had a blast and the rooftop patio is the sweetest thing in the world. Loved how close to the beach it was. We will definitely choose one of frosts locations again. Thank you for allowing us to use your beautiful condo. We’ll be back for sure!!!!!!

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit dort. Das Appartement hat eine wundervolle Lage. Es war alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Das Appartement ist sehr schön. Der Service und das Valet Parken am Haus waren super. Die Kommunikation mit Luciana hat super funktioniert. Bei Fragen hat sie immer schnell und freundlich geantwortet. Wir würden wieder kommen 😃

The townhouse was as advertised and a very good deal at the price. It was a short walk to the beach and felt safe. We would gladly stay there again if given the chance.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! The space was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The beautiful ocean view from the spacious balcony was a highlight, and the location couldn't have been better - perfect for easy access to everything nearby. The owner was incredibly helpful and made sure we had all the information we needed. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

We had a wonderful stay at Zees place . The view is to die for sitting in the balcony for hours was a delight . The condo is very well equipped with everything you need . Beds are very comfortable . Huge bed in the master bedroom . The beach chairs and brolly were an amazing addition and served us well most days . The condo is well placed to the boardwalk and restaurants and having a huge Walmart within minutes walking was a lifesaver . We had an amazing week here as a family making memories and will be back . Zee was fantastic to deal with and very responsive checking in on us throughout the week

This place was spectacular and the location great. The owner was very responsive and attended our needs on a timely fashion. The kitchen was fully equipped. We did had a minor issues with the bathrooms but the owner responded right away and addressed the issue. There are restaurants around the area and a walmart accross the street. Something to keep mind there is an additional charge of $30 per day (resort fees) unrelated to the owner charges and must be paid at front desk once you registered. Additionally parking around the area is not easy to find, you can park in Walmart pkng lot (you just have to cross the main highway). Other than that there is a $29 per day valet pkng. Going back to the airbnb, there is one master bedroom with a king size bed, and second bedroom with 2 queen bed, each bedroom with private bathroom and a spectacular view. there is also a pullout bed in living room. overall the place was beautiful. I will stay again! 5️⃣⭐️

Fabulous unit and phenomenal views. Ocean, Intercoastal and city views from wraparound balcony. Gabriel very responsive to all questions. Only complaint is hotel elevator waits at certain times due to one elevator being out of service the entire month there. New Publix three blocks away was fabulous and convenient as well as the Walmart right over bridge from hotel.

It was a great stay in a great apartment, I hope I will come back again

Worked out well for my husband and I. The unit was clean and we enjoyed the view. The building and parking garage had construction going on but it did not interfere with our stay. We enjoyed the gym and the park on the property. We didn’t get to use the pool because the weather wasn’t the best but we made it work and the hosts were responsive and a pleasure to deal with. Also the building had a small convenience store and a coffee shop that we enjoyed.

Octavio's place was just as described. Beautiful huge apartment with all necessities provided. The apartment is located in a building just by the beach, and also in a walkable distance to nearest shops. We loved it a lot and highly recommended it. The only downside would be the fob situation, I think this should be a refundable cost. One fob is definitely not enough for a bigger family. Also the lifts can be a nightmare, but since the apartment is on a 3rd floor, you can simply take the stairs. Apart from this we loved it. Very clean!

My sister and I stayed here for a friend's wedding so it was perfect for the 2 of us. Balcony had a lovely view of the ocean. Living room area was roomy for lounging (we didn't watch TV). Bed was comfortable and bedroom has very blackout curtains. There are closets in the bedroom and living room area, so plenty of room to store clothes. We didn't use the kitchen other than making coffee and using the fridge - but its a full kitchen if you need it. The Marenas Resort has a pool, jacuzzi, and access to the beach with their own patio chairs. We only used the jacuzzi since it was cold that weekend :(. Location of Marenas is along a busy street with many other high-rise condos/hotels. Easy to walk to the Publix and other restaurants on Collins Ave (5 to 15 minutes walk). Maria was very helpful giving us recommendations of places to eat nearby. She was also very responsive when I had questions before and during our stay. Definitely recommend!

Home was very welcoming, quite spacious & linens and bedding were all fresh. Kitchen had everything that was needed & more, very up to date. Bathrooms were very clean & in great order. We enjoyed our stay, and the proximity to the beach is wonderful.
