The Casita

Welcome to The Casita. It's a tiny home with most of the amenities of a regular size house and the charm of a tiny house. (12’x16’) It has a spacious full size bathroom and shower a small table with two chairs, a big yard, a front porch, an outdoor fireplace, and a separate deck. The area is private to the guests. There are native pecan trees surrounding the Casita.You'll get the feeling of staying in the countryside with the amenities of the city, since it's located .5 mile from downtown.

We are located just outside the city limits yet only 1.5m to dwntwn. We are a half mile from the High School, the Washington County Fairgrounds and 2 miles to Blinn College and Blue Bell Creameries. We are less than a mile away from several parks and Sports Complexes and 20 min to Round Top Antique Fest and Washington on the Brazos.

A&M & Kyle Field 12 min and 20 min Santa's Wonderland. Horse riding lessons available. On 10 acres, Trees, pond. Private guest house with great room, pool table, pool with slide, CHILD PROOF Doors, covered patio, large TV inside & outside. Big kitchen granite island separate bedroom w/king bed and 4 bunk beds in the great room. Sleeps 6 people or 7 if you bring blowup mattress. Large fire pit and gas grill. Fireworks allowed. The Horseshoe Cottage

Charming Texas Hill Country guest cottage located on 19 acre private family horse farm. Easy access to Hwy. 237, close to Festival Hill and 2.5 miles to the town square. This spacious studio has a queen bed and day bed with trundle (two twin beds). There is also a kitchen with a small refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven and Keurig. The bathroom has a large walk in shower, washer/dryer and closet space. Air Conditioning, Heat. WiFi avaliable. Covered porch with two rocking chairs.

Tiny House Cottage 146

Custom built tiny house perfect for romantic getaways, out of town relatives visiting family, and vacations! The house is located right off Highway 36, and is only 25 miles from College Station, 10 miles from Lake Somerville, and 35 miles from Round Top. Plenty of room to park your boat after a day of fishing or relaxing at Lake Somerville. This is a Tiny House, but we remain Dog Friendly. Our Per Dog fee is $50 per stay.
