Sonka Resort’s Mirror Houses are set by a frozen lake, surrounded by forest and open sky. Each cabin has a mirrored exterior for privacy, a lake-view glass wall, double bed, sofa bed, kitchenette, bathroom, Wi-Fi, and a projector screen. Local breakfast is available on request with at least three days’ notice. With several BBQ kotas on the premises, guests can enjoy outdoor cooking anytime. Igloo saunas and hot tubs are available to book. A quiet Lapland escape under the northern lights.

Take a wander down the road to the local reindeer farm or village bar for kicks or inspiration. An open view to the north for general skygazing (and northern lights, if you're lucky) awaits out the backdoor.

Minikeittiössä keittolevy, mikro, jääkaappi, vedenkeitin, leivänpaahdin ja astiat (lasit, mukit, lautaset, kahvipressot ruokailuvälineet jne.). Vieressä olevalla rantasaunalla suihkut. Kompostoiva puucee. Sauna on puulämmitteinen. Opastamme tarvittaessa saunan lämmityksessä. Käytössä kesällä ja alkusyksystä.

Sodankylästä on matkaa Pyhä - Luoston kansallispuistoon 40 min, Levile 80 min, Saariselälle 90 min ja Rovaniemelle 90 min.

Päärakennuksessa myös erilliset wc:t ja suihkut naisille ja miehille.

Hirsimökin tunnelmaa Kitisenjoen rannalla vain 2 km Sodankylän keskustasta. Makuutilat viidelle. Käytössä hirsirantasauna puukiukaalla ja uudistetulla terassilla, jossa myös avotulimahdollisuus grillausta varten. Saunan edessä uusi laituri, josta pääsee jokeen virkistäytymään. Mahdollisuus myös erilaisten kajakkien, kanoottien ja SUP- lautojen vuokraukseen. Järjestämme myös ohjattuja melontoja sekä ohjausta melonnan alkeisiin.
