Sehr schönes Haus mit tollem Pool. Perfekt für einen Entspannung Urlaub mit Privatsphäre.

Wirklich wunderbar. Man hatte alles was man braucht, es war super sauber und bei Fragen oder sonstigem jeder Zeit jemand erreichbar.

L’appartamento è molto accogliente pulito e di nuova costruzione. Ottima la posizione a pochi passi l’area pedonale e l’accesso al mare. Linda una padrona di casa impeccabile sempre disponibile, indicazioni per raggiungere l’appartamento e accedervi minuziose e dettagliate. Raccomando la soluzione proposta.

Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt! Wir hatten Glück und konnten trotz unserer Spontanität dieses wunderschöne Haus mitsamt idyllischem Garten und tollen Freizeitausstattungen (Badminton, Tischtennis, Fahrräder etc.) buchen und genießen. Die Gastgeberin antwortet sehr schnell und hilfsbereit, die Kommunikation war toll 😊 Neben der gemütlichen Atmosphäre ist auch die Lage hervorragend - Restaurants, Wanderwege, Ausflugsziele wie Hum, Kotli, Buzet, Motovun und Groznjan sind sehr gut erreichbar. Auch für Tagesausflüge ans Meer oder einen Besuch im Ucka Nationalparkt liegt das Haus perfekt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder, am besten wenn es auch warm genug ist um den schönen Pool zu benutzen. Danke für alles! 🌼

alloggio consigliato per gruppo di amic o famiglia numerosa servizi perfetti . elettrodomestici iper funzionali . abbondanza di spazi frigo e utensili cucina ( d estate sempre comodi) località vicine facilmente raggiungibil( a parte le code ovvie dell agosto croato ). spiaggia a 1.5 km (difficilmente raggiungible a piedi. ) caraibica Dina è stata gentilissma e ci ha dato anche un sacco di suggerimenti.

Schon vor der Anreise gab es eine nette Kommunikation. Dejan hat extra für uns einen Kinderstuhl organisiert, den es eigentlich nicht in der Ausstattung gab Das Haus und die Terrasse ist wirklich toll. Modern und super ausgestattet. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Wirklich bequeme Betten und alles war sehr sauber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl uns sicher gefühlt. Der beheizte Pool war das Highligt, besonders für die Kinder. So das wir selbst im Oktober noch hineinspringen konnten. Wir können es nur weiterempfehlen.

Die Villa ist wunderschön und groß. Im Außenbereich kann man viele schöne Stunden zusammen am Pool verbringen. Gastgeber waren leicht zu erreichen und hilfsbereit. Alles in allem top!

Remek, tiszta apartman. Kis sétával könnyen elérhető a tengerpart. A házigazda nagyon kedves segítőkész.

Our family of four (2 adults, 2 teenagers) were so comfortable at Tatijana's cabin, particularly with access to three full bedrooms and plenty of sofa space, balcony, two seating areas and a large private garden to enjoy. The spotless cabin provides a real home away from home with everything you need to cook full meals and wash your clothing. Cute well organised kitchen. Beautiful views and friendly neighbours. Only a short drive to Lake Bohinj, the cabin provided a welcome escape at the end of the day. Useful to be pre-warned about the potential of noises from a family of dormice living in the roof - we only heard them one night - but it was good to be prepared with ear plugs to hand just in case! The cabin has a very steep staircase so might be tricky with little children or guests with limited mobility, but we managed everything fine. Highly recommend! We hope to be back! Häuschen in Strandnähe, genügend Platz für 6 Personen, sodass alle in Betten und Zimmern (3 Zimmer!) schlafen können. Hat genau gepasst für uns 2 Familien. Vielen Dank! Gerne wieder!

Boris ist ein zuvorkommender, freundlicher und unaufdringlicher Gastgeber, die Kommunikation war einwandfrei. Er lebt mit seiner Familie im hinteren Teil des Gebäudekomplexes, wovon man aber kaum etwas mitbekommt. Das Haus ist grandios und bietet ausreichend Platz für 2-3 Parteien, ist hervorragend ausgestattet und hat einen tollen Außenbereich. Die Lage lässt kaum Wünsche offen. In kürzester Zeit erreicht man das Meer und kann zwischen verschiedenen Buchten wählen oder auf eine gut ausgebauten Weg entlangspazieren. Die Strände sind weitgehend gepflegt, das Meer aufgrund einströmenden Grundwassers außergewöhnlich kühl. Vom Hauptstrand kann man ausgezeichnet angeln und viele verschiedene Fischarten mit guter Größe an die Leine bekommen. Das am Meer gelegene Snack-Restaurant "Me Gusta" hat gefühlt immer offen und bietet leckere Kleinigkeiten und Getränke zu erschwinglichen Preisen. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind naheliegend und mit dem PKW schnell und einfach zu erreichen.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house was as described, comfy, spacious, warm and very clean. The location was also great. If we return to the area would be happy to rent this house again!

We stayed in Urška's accommodation for a week with 12 people. She provided the entire accommodation (i.e. all four flats), although we would have had enough space in three of the flats. That was very positive because we had so much space. Urška's accommodation was very clean, well equipped and beautifully furnished. We felt very comfortable! At the time of our stay it was winter and we mainly went hiking in the surrounding area and also spent a day in Ljubljana. Everything was easy to reach by car, which can be parked directly at the accommodation without any problems. There are also several places to eat close to the accommodation, which are also within walking distance. The stay was great without any restrictions!

A nagy családdal töltöttünk el itt 4 napot. Nagyon elégedettek voltunk mindennel. A konyhák nagyon jól felszereltek voltak. Szívesen visszatérnénk bármikor.

If you demand the finest, this house represents the pinnacle. The house is everything you see in the pictures and then some. You can feel the heart that has gone into restoring this house while preserving the soul of the architecture. The design and furnishings are luxurious and complements the house in a unique way. Even the little detailed touches and details are provided for, including toiletries, high-end bedding and towels. The kitchens are fully stacked: both inside and outside. While Istria has a lot of small coves and deserted beaches with cristal clear waters to offer, the decking beach in Moscenicka Draga is an exclusive way of experiencing the best of what Croatia has to offer from a beach perspective. Last but not least: Tanja and Oliver are top hosts. They are easy to communicate with, and does everything in their power to make sure, that your stay is truly a five-star experience. L’ alloggio è perfettamente corrispondente alla descrizione , spazioso, funzionale e completo di tutto. La piscina è davvero splendida e l’host è sempre disponibile e molto molto cordiale.

Ivana und ihr Mann lassen in der Unterkunft keine Wünsche offen. Das Haus ist so wahnsinnig gut ausgestattet, dass man sich gleich wie zuhause fühlt . Ivana betreut ihre gäste schon von dem Zeitpunkt der Buchung an bis zum Abschied. Meine Fragen wurde innerhalb weniger Minuten sehr gut und ausführlich beantwortet. Ivana hat wertvolle Tipps was essen und Unternehmungen angeht. Sie und ihr Mann sind sehr herzlich und gastfreundlich. Zum Abschied reisen sie extra an und beschenken ihre Gäste. Wir waren sehr gerne in dem Haus und fühlten uns sehr wohl .

This place is gorgeous and clean, in a peaceful, stunning location. The house is really well-outfitted for a family or group. Unlike so many rentals, the home is equipped with extra towels, spices (not just salt & pepper), cooking utensils, and and the things you need. Josipa is a great communicator: super responsive and helpful and she even lent us bikes for our stay. Thank you!

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in der Unterkunft. Das Haus, der Pool und der Garten sind noch viel schöner, als auf den Fotos. Insbesondere der Außenbereich ist sehr gepflegt und weitläufig, inmitten von Olivenbäumen. Marco und seine Familie waren extrem gastfreundlich. Ausflugsziele wie Porec, Rovinj, Burgen und Höhlen, tolle Restaurants, Strand sind gut innerhalb von 10-20 min zu erreichen. Es war wunderschön, wir kommen gerne wieder! Vielen Dank an unsere tollen Gastgeber!

Our stay at Zlatko's house was just perfect. The accommodation was clean and we had everything we needed. There was enough space to park one car plus three motorbikes. Zlatko was communicating with us almost daily, asking whether we needed something. He answerd and helped us with everything. We will definitely come back again next year.

Our stay was very pleasant. The location in the woods and mountains is amazing, and the jacuzzi was very nice. The host (and her family) were very friendly and helpful. The location is very remote, so be prepared for an adventurous road trip; especially if you arrive after dark.
