I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The place itself was clean, modern, and beautifully designed — definitely a step above many other places I’ve seen in Hanoi, especially for the price. It’s a fantastic value for money! What really made the experience special were the hosts. Jun, the co-host, was incredibly helpful, respectful, and always quick to respond whenever I had a question. She made sure everything went smoothly and was a true professional, yet so friendly and approachable at the same time. Thao, the other co-host, felt like family from the moment we met. She was so warm and welcoming, making me feel truly at home. It’s rare to find hosts who care this much about their guests’ comfort. Even her mother-in-law gave her adaptor for us to use. Overall, I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Hanoi. Great location, excellent value, and two of the kindest, most genuine hosts you could ask for. Would definitely stay here again!

Huong was a lovely host! The check-in was super clear and useful, the response time was very quick and she offered to do the laundry for us free of cost! I would definitely recommend staying here!

This was a lovely place to stay in. The views were amazing and the place was clean and very comfortable. We had everything we needed. There was a supermarket and coffee shop nearby as well as a large mall with an aquarium and many shops and food places. All this within walking distance. Being out of the old quarter (not in walking distance) meant it was a nice place to retreat to. The hosts were always responsive and helpful. I’d highly recommend this place.

Absolutely fantastic stay! The host was kind, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcome. The apartment itself was incredible—spotlessly clean, thoughtfully designed, and equipped with brand-new appliances. It truly felt like a place the owners made for themselves, not just for renting out. Everything looked and felt high-end, and living there was an absolute pleasure—we actually looked forward to coming back home every day. The neighborhood was perfect—peaceful and quiet, unlike the busy Old Town, yet full of stylish cafes and close to a beautiful lake with plenty of space to walk and relax. And if you want to explore the Old Town, it’s just a 10-minute ride away. The host kindly allowed us to check in early, and the checkout process was smooth and effortless. If only all Airbnb stays were like this one! Highly recommended.

It fitted our purposes of a one night stay in Hanoi before leaving for Cambodia. The flat is tiny but fully equipped, clean and quiet. The rooftop is pleasant and you have several washing machine, dryer and laundry soap. Good location, I had a really nice run around the lake and it’s full of bars/restaurants/pho etc. Cindy allowed us to checkout late which really helped us!!

We had a lovely stay at Veque Apartments. Hoa welcomed us and helped us get our luggage up to the room. We was very kind! The room was beautiful and nice. The location wad good, everything in walking distance. The communication was very good, easy explanation how to get into the room. They have a car service tot pick/bring you to and from the airport. Would recommend staying here.

Our time in this historic and beautiful apartment was very comfortable and authentic! We were delighted to have the chance to meet Ngoc's family and friends. She herself is so warm and friendly. She brought us a basket of beautiful oranges that were much appreciated.

Host was incredibly responsive, dealt with any issue we had in a prompt and efficient fashion and went over and above to provide recommendations for restaurants and local things to do in Hanoi. The location was ideal as in heart of the old quarter, walking distance to excellent restaurants and entertainment. The host provided excellent recommendations for local Vietnamese restaurants in particular, some of the best food I have ever had. The AirBnb was exactly as expected from the pictures and description on site. Host also arranged transportation from airport, which provided seamless transport to AirBnb.

Lovely place:) Good location, quiet and peace, and a lot of things to do around this area. Ha is so kind and responsible everytime. A cleaner comes once a week so the house is clean as it's described. I really like staying in this house and wanna come back again. Thanks a lot!

We had a terrific stay! The place is fantastic: clean, bright, and comfortable. The common area and primary bedroom are especially roomy and the two smaller bedrooms are cozy. The neighborhood is fantastic and the location of the flat is ideal. The hosts were very responsive and so helpful. On an unexpectedly cold morning, I asked about extra blankets, which were delivered within the hour. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great location in Hanoi.

Good location near old quarter but a bit quieter away from the hustle and bustle! Very nice for a group of friends! Each room is on a different floor though , something to consider with big baggage. Otherwise host was very nice and accommodating! Highly recommend!

It felt just like home:comfortable, clean, and truly wonderful. Hong was always proactive and communicated with kindness, going out of their way to accommodate us. The neighborhood was incredibly safe, and with a lake right in front of the property, evening strolls were delightful. This is definitely a place we’d love to stay at again! The location is peaceful, away from busy traffic, and near a big shopping mall (Lotte Mall). It is within a short car ride to the old quarter area too. Loan und Phuong waren großartige Gastgeber. Von Beginn der Buchung bis zur Abreise standen Sie uns mit hilfreichen Informationen und einer ausführlichen Beschreibung zum Check-in zur Seite. Die Wohnung war wie in der Beschreibung, wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist perfekt, die Altstadt ist fußläufig erreichbar. Ich kann die Wohnung als auch Loan und Phuong als Gastgeber sehr empfehlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
