Westport is a fully refurbished, historic cottage on the water in Flatts Village. The interior has all of the modern conveniences for comfort with an old world charm. Ideal for an individual or couple, this unique building is more spacious than one would think. The verandah overlooks the manicured lawn and Flatts Inlet. Westport is perfectly located between Hamilton and the airport (12 mins in either direction) and 2 of the most popular restaurants (Rustico & V Pantry) are across the street

Pool house in a garden setting (+ EV chargers)

The pool house has a queen bed and its own bathroom + shower. It is next to our house in a spacious yard in a quiet residential neighbourhood. Bus stop is a 3 minute walk, John Smith's Bay beach 5 minutes and grocery store 12 minutes away. We also have a Labrador that roams the property. There's cable tv (includes HBO and Showtime) free wifi. Bright, newly-built studio with unobstructed ocean views of Spittal Pond Nature Reserve and the ocean. One-mile to South Shore beach (John Smith's Bay) and walking distance to grocery store. A bus stop is located directly outside this property, heading into Hamilton or the East End. There is a galley-style kitchen and outdoor table and chairs for two. It includes Wi-Fi, Netflix, washer and dryer, queen size bed and AC. While it is attached to a private residence, guests have their own entrance.

Conveniently located 3 minutes walk to groceries, buses, and a 5 minute drive to beautiful John Smiths Bay beach. Twizy charger onsite. There are stairs to the property & the shower is small. A charming stand alone cottage set in 1.5 acres of mature gardens. Beautiful views over the North Shore with picturesque sunsets. There is direct access from the property to Bermuda’s unique Railway Trail. It is a 15 minute walk to Flatt’s Village on the Trail where there are several excellent restaurants (Village Pantry, Tribe and Rustico’s) and the Bermuda Aquarium, Museum and Zoo. Three bus routes are less than a 5 min walk. Hamilton is 10-15 mins by bus and less than 10 mins by taxi.

The pool house is a private place to stay, with beautiful views and a pool steps from your door. It offers an en-suite with a kitchenette, Wi-Fi, and a smart TV. The unit also has A/C, heating, and a fan. Pictures truly don't do it justice. Additionally, the property provides an EV charging port for various vehicles (please inquire for more details). The property is a 5-minute drive from the nearest beach (John Smiths Bay) and a 15-minute drive from the airport and the main town, Hamilton
