Pine basera is a beautiful villa, it is very clean and maintained really well. Anshul proactively helped us with everything during our stay. Anshul, his cook and caretaker make a very warm team who make sure you have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Finally, the views from the property are just breathtaking and they made our stay really memorable.

Really Amazing place and my compliments to the host. It was very easy to communicate with Shubham. Comfortable room size and neat rooms. The food was absolutely amazing. It is so close from the main road yet away from the hustle bustle, with a spectacular view from the rooms. The terrace was the best spot for our birthday celebration and Shubham ensured that all our requests were catered to. I certainly recommend everyone to visit here without a doubt.

located in dharampur Kanda road. room are spacious with clean bathroom and nice sit out area for each room. Host is super responsive and helps out with all the queries. From room there is uninterrupted view of mountain. Highly recommended.

Amazing stay! Me and my family had an incredible experience at the property. All our special requests were accepted by the team and they made everything very easy for us. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Special shoutout to Shubham and Abhishek for their exceptional hospitality and support throughout our stay. And a huge thank you to Chef Ekaant for the delicious food - it was truly amazing! Best part about the place apart from the birds singing and tress surrounding the property definitely has to be the food. If you're looking for a comfortable and memorable stay, look no further. Five stars isn't enough - I'd give it ten stars if I could!

It is a great place in every aspect. The location is excellent. The place was clean , bright and airy. Everything is well stocked , including the kitchen. Better then the pictures. WiFi and TV only added to our experience.

This place is a gem. Saloni is a great host, she was always responsive and friendly. The place is beautiful, beautifully decorated and super clean. Saloni made sure we had everything we needed and provided some groceries for our stay. We also got to try some homemade Indian food. The garden was the cherry on top to this great stay. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for home away from home.

The real highlight, however, was the play area for kids. Our little ones had a blast playing in the spacious outdoor playground, filled with fun activities. The cottage itself was equipped with all the essentials, and the hosts were super friendly and accommodating. They even provided some wonderful local treats and recommendations for us to explore the area. The location was perfect for a family vacation – peaceful, scenic, and close to nature. We loved taking short hikes and enjoying the fresh mountain air. The kids made some new friends at the playground, and we enjoyed relaxing in the evenings with a cup of hot tea. The view from the balcony and Khumaan’s friendly behaviour made me forget the knick-knack issues. I want to thank Khumaan and Ankush for their courteous behaviour.

I stayed for two days and the experience was great.specially the balcony and its view. the house is big and spacious.proper kitchen with lots of utensils and RO for clean water. there is designated spot for car parking under cctv surveillance. nearby grocery shop is available with all the basic need goods. Swiggy n zomato both deliver here. will be choosing the next time as well!

Amazing place for a comfortable home stay for a week. Dayavati aunty took great care of us and treated us very well. The surroundings were very peaceful and pleasant. All the amenities were as mentioned and i would say it was also a very nice place for pets. Overall i loved the place and it was a great experience.
