Forbes Park is filled with wildflowers in the spring, and has unique access to the SWA public park. It's less than an hour from the Great Sand Dunes National Park and Cuchara Mountain Park. There is minimal electric via solar. There is also outdoor lighting on the porch. 3 miles to Lake and approx. 35 minutes from the National Sand Dunes
