Cozy, quiet little cottage in a great location, very close to College Ave and many shops and restaurants. The patio garden was serene. Had a comfortable stay.

Charming little cabin, well appointed, comfortable accommodations during a winter stay, would recommend to anyone who enjoys exploring the outdoors and wants to visit the Feather River Canyon. Liz was very helpful and responsive.

We really enjoyed our stay at the cottage. The backyard is peaceful and the grounds are really beautifully maintained. Cottage has everything you need, my girlfriend described it as “adorable”. Water pressure in the shower is eh but no issues with hot water. The snacks left were very thoughtful and much appreciated. Would stay here again.

Wonderful stay at the cottage! Fit four adults well. Great location- walk to shops and restaurants. Aimee made sure to greet us and that we had everything we needed for our stay. Highly recommend!

Lovely stay! Walkable neighborhood, lots of great places to eat nearby. The cabin is cute and had everything I needed. I even forgot my laptop charger, and Amy graciously loaned me one. Would definitely stay again!

We loved staying at the little cottage. Our tween girls shared the loft and slept very comfortably on a queen mattress up there, waking to the sound of birdsong just like being in a treehouse. The neighborhood is welcoming and beautiful; my husband enjoyed morning walks surrounded by lemon trees and blooming wisteria. The cottage had everything we needed for a simple but well equipped stay, with coffee maker, microwave, small refrigerator and freezer, and other countertop appliances. We also really enjoyed the big bathtub, King sized bed, and little back patio with charming lights. This place has great vibes and visitors are so lucky to call it a home base!

My stay here was amazing. The place was extremely clean. It was very peaceful and felt safe. The surrounding area was beautiful as well. There was a lot of privacy. I wish I couldn’t stayed longer. Thank you so much for being great hosts!

Delmas place was so cute, definitely worth the drive and price. Would definitely be back again. It was so comfy and easy to get around! Yes the toilet isn’t ideal however it was easy to use and we just made sure the door was always closed! Honestly such an amazing getaway, amazing hikes close by and Portola right around the corner. We were made La Honda Lovers!

We had a wonderful time at Victors place! he was very accommodating to me, my husband, and my two pets. the place was cozy and had everything you would want. there is some street traffic noise, but its not too bad since the unit is far from the street. I really enjoyed the modern decor and how the backyard was fenced in for my animals. thank you for a wonderful stay!

This place was perfect for what we needed. Quiet with a nice garden view! Has everything you’ll need and more. Very responsive hosts who gave concise instructions. Would stay again in the future.

this place was definitely agreat stay! The location was awesome, right outside of town lots of trees around. The Airbnb‘s open windows made it feel like I was camping but with all the lovely amenities of electricity and showers. The host was very responsive and friendly when I arrived, even though it was late at night. 10 out of 10 would definitely recommend!

Thus was a lovely little space. Of the places I've gone to see the stars, I appreciate that here there is also a town near enough by to grab some groceries, etc. The neighborhood is nice, feels lived in, in that rural way. It's not just other rental homes. There was a roaming pack of girls that got my own kid to help them find their cat. They all patted horses next door. I liked that. The home itself was a nice A Frame. You gotta be ready for the stairs, but after that it's very much like home. We did a lot of cooking and hanging out and it was a wondeful time.

The cabin was very cute and fun, especially with the fireplace to tend to (during winter months), beautiful surroundings, and it was fun to see the chickens and goats on the property. There are plenty of hiking trails in the area, and it is quick to get back into town. They were also kind in their provisions- we got some beautiful fresh laid eggs! We also very much enjoyed the outdoor bathtub. Highly recommend

Location was great, very clean and well thought out. Great shower/water pressure. Toilet has a bidet. The hosts are extremely friendly and helpful. Our only issue was that the sleeping quarters were pretty tight and the mattress was too soft and bouncy for us. Town was cute and hikes were great.

We didn’t have an AWD vehicle so we couldn’t make it up the hill, so we did park at the bottom- which was a little difficult. Had to make a couple trips and it is a decent walk especially in the rain and mud. Just make sure you are prepared for a walk or bring a vehicle that can handle big ruts and really muddy roads! (Not the hosts fault by any means and they clearly state that you need an AWD car in details!) The outdoor bathtub was frickin amazing! I felt like I was at a spa retreat. We loved this cozy cabin. Bed was comfy, things were clean, and everything was straightforward and easy to use. Kitchen had a rather miscellaneous selection of utensils and such so I’d suggest keeping it simple for meals. We went on a short walk around the property and came back with quite a few ticks. So that was not fun, but also not anyone’s fault. All in all- would absolutely 10/10 recommend staying here! I wish I could live there!

Linda was an amazing host. Me, and my partner absolutely loved her place. It was very peaceful, and such a relaxing getaway. She went above and beyond by providing snacks, s’more and firewood, and would restock if we asked! Anything we needed was provided! Me and my partner, we’re celebrating our baby Moon, and she was very thoughtful and left a bottle of Prosecco for my partner, and apple juice for me. Definitely planning to come back. Perfect Cabin Stay Near Sequoia! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had an amazing stay at the Romantic River Oak Cabin! The location couldn’t be better—just a few minutes from the entrance to Sequoia National Park, making it super convenient for exploring. The cabin itself was adorable, cozy, and well-stocked with everything we needed. One of our favorite touches was the binder full of trail recommendations and local activities—it made planning our days so much easier! We also loved the outdoor propane fireplace, perfect for relaxing in the evening. Another great perk is that Totem Market is right across the street, and they have amazing food! We grabbed breakfast there most mornings, and it was the perfect way to start our adventures. If you’re looking for a charming, comfortable stay near Sequoia, this is the spot. Highly recommend!
